The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable, and it is very comfortable and very comfortable. And that my room had old, sleeved soaps and the old bed and that the resorts felt.
Instead, if your stay is long and/or family then if I would recommend you to look for another option for your comfort.
The room is big and the bed is big and very comfortable to sleep in. There are shampoo, conditioner and moisturizer. The facilities are simple. The wash basin in the bathroom does not drain smoothly, but the shower water is good. The front desk was very mysterious when I checked in. I arrived very late because of the flight delay. I couldn't see the front desk staff after entering the door, but I heard voices, like a mirror reflection. I looked inside, but I couldn't see the staff without standing on tiptoe. I only saw myself. I don't know why it is designed like this. Passports and signature forms are passed through a very small gap.

The hotel is in a very nice location, a couple of blocks from Avenida Paseo de la Reforma. The room was very clean and there was a walk-in shower in the bathroom. A nice ce upgrade would be to have USB ports by the nightstand.
My issue is with Trip.com. I paid in advance for 3 rooms- one for me and one each for two friends. When I booked the rooms, I listed each of us separately on the online form. I received my confirmation by email and assumed that so did my friends. When we arrived at the hotel, I checked in without issue but when my friends tried to, they were told that no reservation existed for them. This is despite the fact that I had paid by credit card for all three rooms on one transaction. A call to Trips.com did nothing to fix the situation. The reservation number I gave them only had my room listed.
My only option now is to dispute the charge once my credit card statement arrives.

Still more classical shops, classical shops are not big. But very elegant, the city center, very convenient, very close to the Constitution Square and the National Palace. There is a local breakfast shop next to it that is very famous. If you have to queue up, the locals will eat.

GGuest UserThe location is awesome. The hotel is more than basic, the pictures are a bit deceiving. There wasn't even space for us to put our clothes, no wardrobe nothing. Four days and our clothes had to stay in our bags or around the room.
It also didn't have a good mirror, only one in the bathroom which is not convenient.
The hotel is on a 4th or 3rd floor, I honestly can't remember but it was a lot of stairs, and it's inside a building that resembled a small shopping center.
It's walking distance to a lot of attractions, very good location.
The breakfast was good, freshly prepared for each individual. There's a very nice rooftop, don't miss it.
The hotel is not quiet at all, but I guess it's because of the location, it's hard to get a good night sleep if you're easily awakened :)
Upon arrival the man on the checking desk asked me to fill yet another form that had weird questions like if I liked dogs or cats and he said that I had to take a selfie! He said this was for verification reasons and that ”booking” asks him to do so, I told him I already verified my reservation and that I booked via Trip.com, he insisted at first and then when I was firm he said that it's ok and that there was no need.

AAnonymous UserThis is a youth hostel with a very good location, but the downside is that the Wi-Fi signal is extremely poor and basically unusable. The hostel facilities are also very old. The sound insulation is not very good either.
CcindyThe location of the hotel is hard to find, the facade looks like a residence. The first feeling inside is clean and comfortable, and the price is high. The location seems very close to Syntagma Square, the front desk service attitude is very good
GGuest UserVery good hotel, This came in as a surprise when booking as it was not really recommend, but the hotel location is very central and the staffs are super nice, they are there to help as much as they can! room also clean.
the only downside would be the shower as this is showerhead was quite hard and feel like piercing through my skin when showering.

佛佛系旅者Everything is fine, except for some minor misunderstandings on the part of the management.
I originally reserved a single bed, but when I arrived I wanted to change to a private room, so I needed to pay extra. A room is 100 yuan more per night than the price reserved on the Trip platform. This price is a bit expensive, but it is shared. The bathroom and the room are not too big.
On the first night, after the room was air-conditioned, there was a smell from the toilet. There was some argument when I asked to change rooms. The girl with glasses kept saying that there was no room to change, and her attitude was not positive! Later that night I really couldn't stand the smell, so I asked to change rooms again. Fortunately, I changed the waiter, and he easily said that he had a room to change.
Finally, the environment is very good. There are different free programs every day. You can also meet people from different countries. I really like the atmosphere here!
Eestefania castilloThis place was perfect. Woman on reception was inviting and took me to my room. Hostel was very clean roomnwas perfect for one night comfortable bed, hot water from tap in bathroom and was able to use the kitchen to make a cup of tea. I would return great value for money also
