Check-in was super easy and convenient, highly recommend! The surrounding area is great, with plenty of food, drinks, and entertainment options. It made for a really comfortable trip. The service was also very smooth; I could contact customer service anytime to resolve any issues.

The room was spacious but I didn’t get enough sleep because of the window towards the hallways. It was too bright. A guest was aggressively trying to open my door while I was asleep so I was left thinking about my life lol please have proper communication with the other guests next time

Service: If you stay for multiple days, there's no daily cleaning service, and bottled water wasn't restocked promptly enough. Overall, the service was decent. Environment: It's located within a relatively secluded community, so it's quite quiet.

The air conditioning wasn't very cold, just enough to keep you from sweating. We asked to switch rooms, which took almost an hour because they said it was still being cleaned. When we got there, there was still trash on the floor. The staff were nice enough, but they were talking about guests while on duty. They thought I had left with my partner, but I didn't go to the parking lot. Then I overheard them discussing that we had asked to move because the room wasn't cold. When we requested to switch rooms, they repeatedly asked if we had adjusted the remote or if we knew how to use it. We have AC at home and at work, so yes, we know how to use it. 😅 After the room attendant checked 15 minutes later, it still wasn't getting cold. Overall, the stay was okay. Their supervisor apologized when we moved rooms, which was good. The location is fine. I would still recommend it.

Cleanliness is maintained to a high standard, and the price is very affordable. Located just a 10-minute drive from the airport, it is easy to find using major landmarks and clear signage. With parking btw. Beside park and fly .

We had an amazing stay! The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout the process. The location was perfect for attending concerts—very convenient and made our trip stress-free. The building felt safe, and the amenities were well-maintained. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay, especially if you’re in town for a concert or an event! Location is good , just few minutes walk to the key site seeing location. I spent one night only, the next day can start to move around the city inside the walls. If you don’t want to walk , simply hop on the cycle or rent a bamboo bike 😉

We’re not satisfied with our 3 nights stay, location and amenities is great, we book feb 2 -5, cleaning just once, actually it’s not cleaning just changing the lines and towels, I ask for the toilet cleaner materials and cockroach spay,but the cleaner says nothing, on Feb 4 1:50 electricity cut off due to the disconnection notice. The owner didn’t pay since sept 2024. I won’t recommend this to anyone, though the Shore2 tower 1 is a nice residence, may try other condo owner just not to this House of Wu staycation agin. But I like the ambiance of Shore2 Tower1 guards ang receptionist are accommodating,.We have a nice view from the balcony.
