By the reception that always responds I think the atmosphere of the hostel is set. So ㅜ Friendly and nice. It was good to use kitchen facilities.

Standard room with nice lobby and staff. Comprehensive facilities The location is 35 mins walk from the central station but it is accessible by public transportation to different tourist spots. Generally a very good experience!

A no-frills hostel that delivers exactly what you’d expect for the price. Reception is available around the clock, which is a big plus for travelers arriving at odd hours. The staff was polite and efficient. Bed linen was clean, and the mattress was comfortable enough for a short stay. Shared facilities were kept in decent condition. It’s not a luxury experience, but for budget-conscious travelers looking for a simple place to rest, it does the job.

When checking in, the two staff were not friendly despite me saying hi and smiling to them. However, Martin was really nice during check out that’s why I didn’t give too bad a score for service. There’s no kettle, no tissue and no drinking water provided nor any tea or coffee and there’s only two in one soap in the bathroom. There’s a weird smell from the bathroom and there’s only a shower curtain so water splashes all over (there’s no feet towel). The pillows on the bed are really lumpy and uncomfortable. Stool provided was crooked so I didn’t dare use it. Curtains cannot be closed fully so the sunlight can still shine in. Will not stay here the next time I visit.

Self checkin instructions were clear, the door handle for entering the passcode was a little annoying tho LOL. I booked the one with private bathroom and it is okay. Didn’t expect it to provide towels. WiFi is a bit weak. There is a kitchen and fridge and kettle in the public area. Luggage storage after check out was available. All is good. Will come back if I come to Warsaw again.

Great quiet place close to the airport. Ideal for people who need to spend a night before the flight. Airport is 15 min public transport ride away. Hotel provides breakfast but there is McDonalds nearby as well. The room had an aircon to quickly warm up the space

advantage: 1. Rich breakfast 2. The service attitude of the counter staff is very good shortcoming: 1. The location is not very convenient. It takes half an hour to get to the old town by bus, and the bus is not easy to wait. 2. The room is small, there is no wardrobe, and it is inconvenient to hang clothes 3. There is no kettle in the room, you need to go to the first floor to get water 4. There is no hair dryer in the room, you have to borrow it from the counter

All was good. There is nice personal how is ready to help you any time and was good location for hotel in Warshaw. And breakfast was also good with lot option food choices. With babies also there is possible because in a room you can make food only we didn't have a baby bad but that's wasn't a problem for us. And nice plus there was air-conditioning.

Nice Ibis Bugget hotel with functional rooms,near the river and not far from the centre Staff was friendly and helpful,spoke English and gave us some sighseeing advice Parking is not free,so i found parking nearby Will stay again,totally recommended

We stayed in a clean private room with ensuite bathroom. The staff especially Mr Kuba, were very friendly. There is an elevator with a few steps to access it. We did not have a problem even with our heavy suitcases. I liked the shared fully equipped kitchen. The hostel is well located within short walking distance to the old town, restaurants and tram/bus stops. It would be perfect if the nights are cooler in late Sept as the fan provided was not enough to keep us cool in the room. Opening the windows was not an option because of traffic noise and the cigarette smoke smell from smokers below. Despite this, I would still recommend this hostel for its friendly staff, location and kitchen facilities.
