5-Star Hotels in Tirana County, Albania

The interior design is truly elegant and the breakfast was delightful. For a 5-star property, a wider selection at breakfast would elevate the experience even more. The addition of a pool and a refined bar area for evening drinks would perfectly complement the hotel’s atmosphere. Overall, a refined and enjoyable stay.

A very good hotel in all respects. The only drawback is its distance from the central area. It is not far from the airport.

Nice, clean hotel, 10 minutes walk from the center and still there are bars and restaurants nearby, very kind and helpful staff, excellent SPA

We were here one night before departure. The hotel for these purposes is convenient: you can walk to a big park and spend a few hours there. And in the morning there was a fantastic breakfast. The only thing I didn't like was microscopic numbers. How Radisson allowed for this money is unclear. Sometimes there is no direct sense to turn out.

Great location and within reach of most things you’d be looking to see around the city. Staff were great and rooms modern and clean!

Hello!I liked everything, but want to complain about one of your workers. His name is Elsit Koraj. In my room was not brush and toothpaste. I asked in reception about it, then Elsit Koraj said that he will tell workers to provide me. Then after 10 minutes he came by himself to my room, I wanted to take brush then he said “Can I come in? “. I thought he want to put by himself. But he entered to my room looked around then asked am I alone. Then asked if he can seat, it was very strange . Then I asked to leave my room. After 15 minutes he called to room phone and told “I was in gym, I ran, can I take shower in your room?”. I was angry and told that I will complain to him. That day was afraid to go down because thought only he is in reception and locked my door. Next day I wanted to complain and asked him to call administration. Then he blamed me that I allowed him to enter my room. what is this? What kind of service is this ? When I asked his full name he replied that no need to complain and than he has family and kids. I don’t care about it. You have to prevent others girls from it. That fact that I am young alone foreign girl not means that he can and tell anything he wants. I paid for what? I chose the best hotel for myself, paid not little money for what? For harassment? I was so annoyed and will leave my review everywhere and wil complain. You have to prevent others from him! Also when I asked to invite someone higher rank, he invited sale director. But he was just protecting his colleague telling how long he working there. He even didn’t listen me. I was post in instagram and tiktok, I have enough followers! If you will not take action in relation to him. Also he justified his actions by saying that he was checking whether I was a ********** or not and also accused me of letting him in!!!! What a humiliation!!!

Had a wonderful birthday holiday in Arka hotel ♥️♥️♥️ lovely and aesthetically pleasing beautiful hotel, one of the best in Albania! A must go! Great service xx

Great location

The staffsl are very flirty and friendly and the food is very good and cheap in Albsnie. Unfortunately we were given a very simple room for 3 people with very narrow bathroom, not what we booked.
