Very beautiful, convenient transportation, good service. But the laundry service is not good. I sent a piece of chocolate to be washed, and it was returned to me as if it was not washed at all. Parking is difficult. The front desk asked you to park nearby, and I got a ticket for two days.

It's near the train station, so you can't hear trains at night. The only downside is that the bathtub in my room drains slowly, which might be a bit clogged. There's a Chinese person at the front desk who can communicate in Mandarin. The restaurant on the ground floor has excellent food and service.

The location is extremely convenient, being very close to the train station. The staff were professional, courteous, and welcoming. The room and facilities were comfortable and impeccably clean. The breakfast prioritized quality, a refreshing change from the quantity-focused approach of many resorts. I will definitely return.

This place is great. It’s old but that’s the charm. It’s beautiful and unique. The service provided was easily one of the best parts about the stay, everyone was extremely nice and professional. The amenities were amazing, there was like 4 different types of saunas and even 4 different types of showers (who knew?) and being able to jump into crystal blue waters and then order a beer to my pool lounge which was next to the rocks was pretty sick.

Beautiful hotel with great atmosphere of palazzo! Streets on back side are narrow and interesting to visit. Street cafes and small shops all around. Walking to central square is 7-10 minutes.

Very convenient beachside hotel in the outskirts of San Remo. 10 minutes walking to the center through a special pedestrian alley. Free parking, pool and a very nice garden

We had a great stay and are returning guests to this property. The location and the staff are fantastic and make your experience excellent. We stayed in a room with a large balcony offering wonderful balcony furniture where you can enjoy you private breakfast or just a cup of coffee. The hotel is very dog friendly which is a plus for us. The rooms are not really big but big enough to feel comfortable. Bathrooms are rather small and have very little storage area. Breakfast buffet offers everything you need and the staff even recommends dishes from the kitchen freshly prepared for you. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to the Ligurian coast.

Exceptional resort. I recommend it

The hotel was very clean and very well-treated, but, considering the price of the rooms, I expected a much more refined and modern design. The environment is quite simple and not at the level of the required price range. In general, good experience for comfort and cleaning, but the quality/price ratio on the esthetic side could improve.
