Just right for us visiting family while in Japan. Most staff can speak English & help in any way they can to make your stay more comfortable. Cleaners are exceptional in their attention to detail in every respect. Front desk staff are efficient & friendly. Convenient to Bullet train & local trains. A delightful experience overall.
We are return customers with several stays over the years, will happily stay again on further trips.

Biggest hotel room I've stayed in, in Japan. However, do note that there is no onsen and pool access. Pool and a 'hot tub' will be at a fee of 3300 yen/day.
Nevertheless, room was very comfortable and the room ammenities was plenty good.
I felt that the gym access was decent.
Location was ultra convenient, minutes away from the JR station.

located in Sakae area, with a lot of mall and resto and station within walking distance (5-10mins)
the breakfast is great, you can have standard buffet
breakfast (but with Nagoya famous food; chicken wing and pork katsu with miso sauce) or Japanese ala carte breakfast. The hotel is old but the the maintenance is good. The room is spacious. We sent our luggage from Tokyo to here, and when we arrived, the luggage was already in our room.
Thank you Nagoya Tokyu Hotel.
Absolutely amazing stay with Indigo ! ABOVE MY EXPECTATIONS! I booked Hotel Indigo so as to join a day trip to Shirakawa-go unfortunately my trip was cancelled unexpectedly.
#1. Location - I arrived Nagoya station from Tokyo station via bullet train 1hr 50mibs & changed to subway to Inuyama Station 40mins via express 1st class train. From there took taxi to Hotel about 12mins drive by walk 25-30mins
#2. This hotel is very nice location 2 mins by the lake , 5mins to Inuyama Castle, if you enjoy quiet getaway this is BEST PICK
#3. Arrival Experience- Very fast & smooth check-out, I was surprised the hotel didn't asked for any deposit or credit card gurantee I was assigned room 426 on 4th floor
#4 Room Size: Super Spacious Room ( bigger than Conrad Tokyo's room )- Big King size bed, mattress, pillos&blankets are very comfortable and soft and I had very good sleep till 9am- 10am every morning
It has separate standing shower, basin , toilet and closest, that's really nice for couple ( privacy )or solo. Provided all the amenities you need and mini bar and coffee machines.
#5. They have very nice big Indoor/Outdoor ”Onsen” Hot spring that I enjoy every night Is FREE OF CHARGE
#6. ONSEN CLOTHES ARE PROVIDED IN THE ROO
Dinner was a room meal, and it was in a container that looked at Ryugu Castle, and there were 々 dishes such as abalone, pot, and making, and I was able to enjoy a delicious meal in a relaxed mood. There was also an open-air bath and a large bath, so I was able to spend a slow time. This time, I used this hotel as a reward for myself, but the hotel staff 々 was also kind and I had a very good time. However, there are few taxis from the nearest Kira Yoshida Station, so if you can come by train, we recommend the hotel pick-up service.
1. The water-saving design of the bathroom is very environmentally friendly, recycling hand washing water for flushing the toilet.
2. Experience the traditional Japanese lifestyle and sleep on the floor.
3. Soak in the hot spring in the semi-open-air hot spring pool and steam sauna.

MISLEADING INFORMATION TO CUSTOMER
I needed a room with 2 single beds, so I filtered my booking for 2 beds when I book. Because of this, I have to pay more for my booking, but end up it's a 2 beds but attached to each other, actually was 1 bed. They didnt mention, they only mentioned the room with 2 small double beds, misleading me that the room set up with 2 separated beds.
If this time I travel with a man friend, it would be very awkward and embarrassing that we have to sleep in 1 bed together (they said no other room that night).
Very disappointing, really worry that will happen again in the future for my bookings, even with other hotel through the Trip.com.
The room has a spectacular view of the Nagoya skyline, with rooms located above 33 levels and above.
Room service was immaculate and provided kids amenities such as slippers, toothbrushes, and pyjamas. Service staff were all friendly and always ready to help.
Location wise, it's sheltered all the way from level 2 to subway, which is just 1 stop away from the busy Nagoya Station. For people who like a good morning workout, it's just a 15-minute walk to Nagoya. Along the way, you can grab Starbucks or McDonald's. The popular Komeda Coffee chain is also just a 5-minute stroll away.
There is also a convenience shop like 7-11 within the same building as the hotel and a Drugstore Matsumoto for you to buy a wide assortment of skincare and makeup!

The location is perfect, near to metro and convenience store. There are department stores and post office right opposite to the hotel. Very clean and stylish hotel. Would definitely come back when we visit Nagoya next time.

RrennntAmazing hotel not too far from Nagoya Station for the airport Meitetsu Train, accessible to food, shops and convenience stores by foot for a short-walking distance only. 💯 recommend it. It also has a superb wedding venue with a nice traditional chapel/cathedral. Come visit Nagoya & stay at The Strings!
AAnonymous UserAmazing hotel with great facilities. Room is adequate with a fantastic city view. We stayed for two nights and it was worth it. Check in process was smooth and super easy. I like their personalized complimentary water in a can. Wish they can give more freebies. Haha! Breakfast was amazing! Japan foods is always the best. Arigato🙏
