It is a hotel with a historical atmosphere. If you are good at English and Japanese, you will experience more. It is very close to the Shinkyo Bridge. The hotel service responded promptly and the attitude was good. The well-received Western food is really good. The marbled steak tastes amazing. The Japanese red trout is not impressive at first, but I actually like it haha. In short, both sets are quite satisfactory. The breakfast is a simple carbohydrate satisfaction, and the butter is good. I give satisfaction points for both meals. The deluxe room is large and the equipment is relatively new. The bedding is soft and thick. There is no dissatisfaction with other things such as bathroom hot water, toiletries, air conditioning temperature, room odor, etc. I left the hotel to play and stored the gift. When I returned, I asked the hotel to help call a taxi. Due to the evening rush hour, I didn’t make an appointment for the car, but the hotel waiter kept trying to make a call. In the end, he was very sorry and gave the taxi company card for our subsequent use. In short, it is a recommended hotel to stay in Nikko.
Fantastic service and experience. Seamless check-in from the moment we were greeted at the front porch all the way being orienteered around the hotel and escorted to the hotel. Facilities immaculate, especially loved the Onsen. Information regarding our dietary requirements have been communicated well through the different teams at the hotel.
There were many free services and I was very satisfied.
There were play areas both indoors and outdoors for children, so I enjoyed my hotel stay even though it was winter.
Mother Farm was also close by. Incidentally, it was cheaper to buy tickets to Mother Farm at the hotel than to buy them in advance online, so I was glad I realized that before buying them.
Alcoholic drinks and rusks were available in the lounge after checking in, and they were delicious.
All the staffs are professional, very service oriented and special mention to the room service is super super prompt! Room amenities are luxurious! Bed and blanket is so fluffy! Breakfast portion is huge and fresh. We were able to use the shuttle service for check in and out, only got a cab at the Nikko train station when we return late at around 7pm.
If you have the conditions, I strongly recommend booking a room with private soup. The experience is so good!
Then the most surprising thing is! The hotel's buffet dinner~
The quality is really high~~~~~~There are many people in the restaurant, but in the meal pick-up area, if the juice on each plate is scattered and the dishes are messed up, someone will immediately go to clean it up! Very good management👍
This hotel is really recommended!
The building and facilities are old and have not been renovated since we stayed there 10 years ago, and there were no room amenities.
We paid over 150,000 yen per night for this, so I don't think we'll be returning.
When we checked out, I didn't want to hear the manager loudly talking badly about the main Kanaya Hotel to an older man, saying that he hated it.
Does this mean he lacks professionalism as a manager...?
I hope people don't say that the old Kanaya Hotel was better.
The Kinugawa Golden Valley Hotel includes breakfast and dinner. It is very cost-effective. I like the grapefruit wine here. The environment is also very elegant. The whole service is convenient, the transportation is convenient, and the friend introduces it.
