Very good, very satisfied, very clean, tidy, comfortable and professional, the bed is very comfortable, and the floor-to-ceiling windows have a beautiful view. The public area is elegant and the elevator goes directly to the underground mall, which is very convenient. The area where it is located, San Pedro, is also very safe and clean. Recommended, I will stay here again next time I go to Monterrey on a business trip.

The room facilities are very old and simple. There are no slippers. You have to bring your own toiletries. The air conditioner is quite noisy. The breakfast is OK. There are bread, fried eggs, and tacos. The juice is very good. The hotel is located in the city center and there are many restaurants around. You can order food in the hotel lobby, which is a little expensive and requires tips.

Nice hotel, great location and service. Cleanliness could be improved. We had to ask for the sheets to be changed because they had blood stains, and they changed them immediately. Some belongings from the previous guests were also left in the room. Other than that, the room was very comfortable and the location was excellent.
