I stayed here for a concert and was pleasantly surprised! They'd already started decorating the lobby for Christmas and New Year, and there were some really beautiful bracelets on display too. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, and the room was unexpectedly spacious with great amenities – I especially loved being able to turn off the lights remotely with the smart assistant. My sleep quality was fantastic, as the blackout curtains worked perfectly. The front desk even gave us two complimentary breakfasts. I have to say, their breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options and fresh fruit. I even asked the chef to make me a bowl of noodles with shredded pork, which was a nice touch. I brought some dirty laundry with me, and the staff kindly washed and dried it, delivering it right back to my room. For this price in Hefei, finding a 4-star hotel like this is rare; it's incredible value for money. The subway station is right downstairs, making travel super convenient, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. This hotel is a no-brainer! It was an excellent experience, and I'll definitely choose this place again when I'm back in Hefei. My stay was so satisfying that I'm giving it a five-star rating. Oh, and there are lots of beautiful bracelets available on the street downstairs.

Staying at Baiyun Hotel during my trip to Huangshan was an absolutely fantastic experience! Its location is truly 'center stage.' Situated right in the heart of the Huangshan scenic area, I could open my window and marvel at the incredible peak forest landscape. Especially in the morning, with the clouds swirling around the peaks, it felt like a fairyland – perfectly capturing the essence of 'the mountains are more beautiful with clouds, and like a painting when the clouds are gone.' The hotel's service was impeccable. The staff were warm and attentive, treating me like family. They even arranged for someone to look after me during my excursions, allowing me to fully enjoy the stunning scenery without a worry. The room was spotless and well-equipped. The bedding was soft and comfortable; after a day of exploring, sinking into the bed instantly melted away my fatigue. Plus, the room had excellent soundproofing, ensuring I could get a peaceful night's rest. The hotel's dining was also outstanding. They offered a wide array of local specialties; the unique flavors of Huizhou cuisine were unforgettable. Every dish was like a work of art, perfect in color, aroma, and taste. My trip to Huangshan was made even more perfect by staying at Baiyun Hotel. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Huangshan! 👏

The hotel's location, service, and cleanliness are all excellent! The most important thing is that the front desk staff are all very kind and provide great service. It's very friendly for foreign travelers! For my friend's birthday, the front desk helped us order a cake which was super delicious and beautiful. The 'Xiao Du' smart assistant in the room is quite good; it's convenient for playing music and opening/closing curtains. I didn't get a chance to take pictures of the lobby, but the spiral staircase is absolutely gorgeous. Getting a Didi (ride-sharing) is also very convenient. The hotel entrance has a big smiley face, making it super easy to spot. The front desk truly deserves 10,000 stars 🌟. There's a pedestrian street right downstairs, which is super convenient, and the location is also very close to Hefei Station. The lobby offers health tea and popcorn. Foreign travelers, you should definitely go for this hotel, it's really great ❤️

The hotel front desk service is warm and thoughtful; the location is superior and the transportation is convenient! I stay in this hotel every time I come! The hotel is relatively clean, tidy, sanitary and comfortable! The breakfast is also rich! Not bad👍

This is an old four-star hotel with a high cost-effectiveness. I booked a tatami room, which is not big, but enough for one person. The room is very clean and soundproof. The most important thing is that the hotel has a good location. A few hundred meters to the north is the Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street, and a few hundred meters to the south is Bao Park. In addition, a few dozen meters to the south is Hongxing Road, where there are various small restaurants.

The room was very clean, and the hotel is located right above a pedestrian street, so it's super convenient for shopping. The lobby is on the fifth floor, and the restaurant is on the seventh. The double room we booked was also spacious, and they tried their best to accommodate all our requests. Oh, and you absolutely have to try the fried chicken across from the main entrance downstairs – it was unexpectedly delicious!

You can walk to convenience stores and restaurants in just 5 minutes, and it's only a 10-minute drive to the high-speed rail station. The best part is that even though it's in a bustling area, the room's soundproofing is excellent, so it's completely quiet. Plus, the city night view from the window is absolutely stunning~ ✨ **Stay Experience** • The room is incredibly spacious! It features smart devices and modern decor, and it even has a super comfy sofa, similar to a La-Z-Boy, that makes you never want to get up. • For breakfast, I highly recommend the freshly made stir-fried noodles and cookies. There's such a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes, you'll be spoiled for choice. • The 24-hour free gym and laundry room are a lifesaver for business travelers. • The lobby is also great for photos, perfect for snapping shots both day and night. 📸 **Photo Tips** 1️⃣ The city night view + sofa in front of the floor-to-ceiling window in your room makes for Instagram-worthy shots. 3️⃣ The window seats in the breakfast area have the best lighting, making food photography super appealing. 🛎️ **Things to Do Nearby** • Walk 10 minutes to Shanghe Street, Lu'an's new landmark. • A taxi ride to Youran Lanxi Resort is within 15 RMB. • There's a popular local steamed bun shop, a long-standing favorite, directly across from the hotel. 💡 **Practical Info** • **Booking**: Recommend booking a high-floor city view room at least 3 days in advance. • **Parking**: Free underground parking with plenty of spaces. • **Bonus**: You can get a local food map at the front desk – follow it for guaranteed deliciousness! I never expected Lu'an to have such a fantastic international hotel. From now on, when I come to Western Anhui, this is the only place I'll stay!

The hotel environment is excellent, and the owner is very welcoming. They even offer a ride to the South Gate transfer center. Breakfast is quite substantial, and the owner is happy to drive you whenever you're ready to leave after breakfast. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I never expected to find such a great hotel for this price!
