Nice room and Onsen I had a chance to stop by at nagoya for a night. For me it's a bit far from the station but walkable. Have 7-11 nearby and many restaurants. But Love that it's close to Tower park. - Room is quite spacious and comfy. - Bathroom is small. - A space for little closet is good. - Onsen is nice, I love outdoor area and cute basket for belonging. Lucky I got quiet environment and nice vibe, can store luggage for free. Maybe stay again next time.

This was my second stay at this hotel. Compared with my previous visit about 5–6 years ago, the facilities are starting to show their age. The air conditioner was leaking water, and the bathtub drained very slowly. After just 2–3 minutes of showering, the water had already risen above my ankles, which was quite inconvenient. Other than these maintenance issues, everything else was fine. I hope the hotel will consider improving these facilities, as I otherwise had a pleasant stay.

The location is incredibly convenient. Exiting Rong Station through Subway Exit 13 leads directly to B1 of the Zhongri Building. Following the signs inside, there's an elevator straight to the hotel's 24th-floor front desk. The view from the room's window is beautiful, especially at night when the lights are on. The toilet is quite compact and separate from the shower. There's a cylindrical washbasin standalone outside. Overall, the size is decent, and the cleanliness is good; it's very thoroughly cleaned. The front desk staff members I encountered were all very friendly and polite.

The room looks new and could be newly renovated. Good for 3pax travelling together and a nice view of the airport. Near the location for the early morning flight, if needed can still take 1 train stop (or shuttler bus) to the big Aeon mall for last minute shopping. Another thing to compliment is the breakfast they provide have great variety and the good ambient.

The hotel is quite old but clean and provides good facilities. It’s located perfectly right next to the Nagoya station and in the same building as Meitetsu bus station. So it’s convenient to take a bus continuing to Takayama and other cities without any hassles. Many cafes and restaurants are underground and nearby buildings. I would really recommend this hotel for the stay in Nagoya.

The room was just as spacious and comfortable as it looked online. The staff were also very kind and left a good impression. However, filling out the check-in information for all family members felt a bit tedious. Luckily, there was no one else around, but having to input all that data when I was already tired took longer than usual and was quite frustrating. Also, and perhaps I missed something, but it was a two-night stay and the sheets weren't changed, which was disappointing. There might have been information about it somewhere, but it definitely lowered my spirits. They did replace the towels, though. On a positive note, I left my glasses behind, and they handled it very promptly, which I greatly appreciated. Thank you very much!

The hotel facilities are new, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The front desk service is professional and friendly. The breakfast selection is rich and delicious, and the service is excellent. You can tell the hotel pays attention to many details. Overall, my stay was very satisfying, and I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Nagoya.

Great location! It's within walking distance of Meitetsu Station. If you don't have luggage, you can even use the underground passage directly to Takashimaya, so you can go shopping even if it's raining without needing an umbrella. There are many restaurants just a short walk down the street, including some famous yakiniku places. It’s perfect for a two or three-day stopover in Nagoya. No need to specially go to Sakae; it's too crowded there.

wonder there are only 2 elevators for a 13-floor hotel, it’s a long waiting at anytime and it stops almost every floor which makes a in/out about 3-4 mins. The room air conditioner control is only japanese language, not a user friendly one. A 10/F window room but completely no view due blocked by an external cover, really didn’t expect it’s like a window room was nothing to see.

We specifically chose this hotel for LEGOLAND, and the room was spacious enough. The kids loved the treasure chest game. There was a wide variety of breakfast options, and the food was quite good. The location is excellent if you're visiting LEGOLAND, but it's a bit too far if you plan to go anywhere else, which is why we later moved to a hotel closer to Nagoya Station. The room was very clean, and the service was typical Japanese standard. There are a few restaurants nearby where you can have dinner.
