The hotel's location is super convenient, right above Takashimaya, making it easy to shop at Takashimaya and JR Gate Tower Mall. Getting around is also a breeze; you can take a direct Meitetsu train straight from the airport. Although the room isn't huge, it's incredibly clean, and being on a high floor, the view is fantastic. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit!

What a wonderful stay! Although I've visited Nagoya several times, this was my first time staying in the Sakae district. While it's not as convenient for JR access as the area around Takashimaya, I personally think Sakae offers better, more youthful, and stylish shopping than Nagoya JR Station – there's just too much to explore! The hotel itself is very international, and the lobby's design sets it apart from other hotels. It also offers excellent privacy. Check-in was quiet and orderly. The staff spoke fluent English, were quick and very friendly, providing a great comfort after a long journey. The room was thoughtfully designed with many small surprises – I won't spoil them all; you'll have to discover them for yourselves!

This hotel is located in a quiet area, with a car park right next to it. I appreciate the 500 yen parking voucher provided by the hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and able to answer all our questions. The hotel offers a bedrock bath and sauna for one complimentary use, but unfortunately, the times I wanted were fully booked, so I recommend booking early. The front desk also offers a variety of amenities, including skincare products and children's body wash, which is very comprehensive. The room design is excellent! It has all sorts of facilities, and it's very convenient for storing belongings. The toilet has a heater, and the kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, coffee maker, and water purifier. The room's design concept is perfect for families, with enough space to accommodate two large suitcases.

The hotel facilities are new, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The front desk service is professional and friendly. The breakfast selection is rich and delicious, and the service is excellent. You can tell the hotel pays attention to many details. Overall, my stay was very satisfying, and I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Nagoya.

Great location, a few minutes from nagoya station, underground shopping. Hotel has a public bath, quite good the only problem I had was with other guest not removing their shoes. Great restaurants nearby and a Lawson downstairs.

Our family, including two elementary school-aged children, stayed here for a room-only plan. The entire room was incredibly spacious. Having separate bedroom and living/dining areas was fantastic, especially in the mornings and evenings, as everyone could go about their routine at their own pace. The furnishings and appliances were top-notch (especially the ReFa hairdryer and shower, and the super comfortable sofa bed). Plus, there were trial appliances available for use, which made our stay even more pleasant. There's a 24-hour convenience store and a food court on the ground floor of STATION Ai, where the hotel is located, and plenty of dining options within walking distance, so we never had trouble finding food. We'd love to stay here again!

I've stayed at many Dormy Inns, and I always love them. This one was convenient, and while not huge, it was big enough for me to open three suitcases. The only downside is that the hot spring area was really small, the smallest of all the Dormy Inns I've stayed at.

We specifically chose this hotel for LEGOLAND, and the room was spacious enough. The kids loved the treasure chest game. There was a wide variety of breakfast options, and the food was quite good. The location is excellent if you're visiting LEGOLAND, but it's a bit too far if you plan to go anywhere else, which is why we later moved to a hotel closer to Nagoya Station. The room was very clean, and the service was typical Japanese standard. There are a few restaurants nearby where you can have dinner.

The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The complimentary toiletries were of excellent quality, and we appreciated being able to choose them ourselves. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. The location was super convenient, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making it easy to grab a bite even late at night. We were disappointed that we couldn't store our luggage for two days after checking out, but we understand their policy.

Although the hotel is a bit dated overall, its location is very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from Nagoya Station, and the rooms are quite spacious. The service was very thoughtful; on our second stay, they had already opened the connecting door between our two rooms based on our preferences from our first visit and had placed our luggage, which we had stored at the hotel, into the room beforehand.
