The hotel is a short 1km walk from the local train station.
The onsen uses natural volcanic spring water and is of very high quality. There is a private onsen available if you ask for the key, however the public bath was empty every time I visted.
The room was large, clean, and very relaxing.
The dinner was fancy, but had mild flavours. It was not our favourite meal. I was still hungry afterwards, but there was no more food available. There was free alcohol from 9pm to 10pm, but it was of poor quality.
The staff were always very kind and helpful.

This is an unconventional high-end small hotel ... comfortable and quiet environment ... very close to the Yonggu attractions (only 10-15 minutes by car). Whether it is dinner or breakfast, I am very thoughtful. I can see that the chef has ulterior motives to make ... because I don't eat cattle at check-in. The chef immediately arranges alternative food. Although it is very late, the food prime number is not affected. ... It is worth recommending ... staff~ You can communicate in English ... as foreign employees. Each room has its own hot spring (real hot spring) and it is a plus ...😌

When I called to confirm my reservation, I received a very polite response. The front desk staff were very friendly and I had a comfortable stay. My children were very happy. I would like to use your services again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.
Booked 2 rooms for family of 5. Got upgraded during check-in, what a pleasant surprise. Location was fantastic, with minatomirai line train being next door. Parked our car at pier, about 5mins of walking. Close to red brick warehouse .
Will definitely stay again if we’re in town.
This is the second time I stayed here. The sea view room is really comfortable. Although there are some historical traces in the room, you can see Mount Fuji in the morning. When the tram passes by, it really looks like a scene from a Japanese drama. There is also a golf course driving range in front of the hotel. It was fun to practice in the morning. No one smoked, no loud noises, and no mobile phones were played. 👍 It takes about 9 minutes to walk to the station. It is still very convenient. The scenery along the tram is also very good. There are also many places to eat nearby.
The room is well-planned, clean and tidy, with a hot spring attached. The location is excellent, close to the commercial district and Odawara Station. I like it very much.
There is a familymart and shopping mall nearby the hotel, which is only 2-3 minutes walk from Kawasaki JR station. The hotel's room is cozy and we have a pleasant stay. The staff is helpful, polite, and proactive. The room is very clean. This hotel will definitely be on my list of places to stay in the future. Thank you.
The hotel is conveniently located to Kamakura station, approximately 5mins walk. There's a familymart just beside the hotel and a supermarket opposite. The hotel interior is very clean and minimalist. There's a muji cafe and store at level 1. Overall, we were satisfied with the stay.
This was a great choice for our family in Kamakura. The bunk beds were great, with lights and outlets by each bunk. The onsen is wonderful. All guests received a little basket with bath towel and pajamas to use in the onsen and the room. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. At night, we could even get rice and miso soup in case we were hungry. The hotel is tasteful and well-located. It was an easy walk from the station and we also walked to the ocean every morning.
Beautiful and clean hotel. Love the amenities, they even provide face mask. There are convenience stores nearby, so we had had food despite arriving almost midnight. Hotel provides shuttle to the nearest train station. Great location for those arriving late/departing early to/from haneda airport. Hotel is now lmown are Warehouse Hotel. Although room is quite small, but love the separate shower room.

1. Free breakfast
2. Breakfast had lots of bread variety
3. Free drink machine (soft drinks & coffee w matcha latte!)
4. Have free amenities for you to take
5. Location is near station and lots of shops surrounding too
Neutral:
- 2x washing machine & dryer but because of their popularity, have to fight for a chance to use them
Bad
- can be quite confusing to get to if you don’t go from station but the surrounding shops
OOhbrainsNot the easiest place to find, nestle between the river and the mountain we had the most amazing experience. Friendly staff that speaks English with the most amazing breakfast and dinner. Not the cheapest hotel but you are paying for the experience and I would definitely recommend you try this hotel out. Our room had its own private hot spring and we were more then impressed with the level of detail and service that the owner(s) put into running of this inn / hotel.
DdillonchewwxGreat hotel. Feels very new and clean. Staff were great, and facilities were tiptop. Super value for money. Rooms were great too. Will recommend.
Only downside was that it was a distance away from the train station, both Yokohama and Sakuragicho.
AAlfredHotel was literally 2 mins walk from Hakone Yumoto station. Check in was easy. Room was clean. Public bathe was nice. Some parts of the hotel was under maintenance while we were there.
The breakfast was pretty good as well. They've got western food items, eastern items and japanese items.
TTimothyIf you have extra money, this could be a nice way to indulge. However, a word of warning. If you're arriving at Odawara train station, there's no way to get to the hotel except by the hotel shuttle. Taxis won't take you. And the hotel shuttle won't take you unless you've placed your name on the reservation list ahead of time. Nobody warned me about this. I'd read online that a connecting train takes you near the hotel, but this isn't true either. I arrived during a snow/ice storm and waited over 3 hours before I could get a ride to the hotel. The shuttle driver wouldn't let me on. I called the hotel front desk 3 or 4 times, but they weren't very helpful. I suppose this is the language barrier. They meant well. But regardless, if a shuttle reservation is the only way to access a remote mountain top hotel, it's pretty important to make sure your guests understand this. Once I did arrive, I have to admit the room was beautiful. The buffet dinner was fantastic but not included in the price of the room - a little disappointing, since the room is already so expensive. Lots of extra costs, so be careful. I received a really great massage in my room. The onsen hot spring was very nice, and free (included in room charge). Breakfast the next morning was also included in room charge. The hotel bar was closed, though. There wasn't much opportunity to socialize or meet people. I did check out the lake the next morning, which was beautiful in the snowfall. I'm sharing photos of that. There wasn't time to check out much else because I had to get back on the shuttle bus at 10:30 to catch my next train. I suppose if there hadn't been an ice storm, I would have checked out more of the surrounding area and appreciated it.

GGuest UserI was stayed at 26th floor. I didn't realize I could see the Mount Fuji from my room. I was very exciting. Besides, I was very satisfied in the bath tub. The size was very decent for me. In addition, there was a 7-11 downstairs, which was very convenient. I will stay there again or recommend to my friends.
FFionaIt was snowing when we were there. The condominium block was not as ideal as we had to head over to the main building for the restaurant, onsen, snack bars. The snow made the walk slippery and it was very cold. Other than that little inconvenience, everything else was delightful. Parking is sheltered, room was big and comfortable, free drinks and snacks, good dinner and breakfast, kid-friendly, relaxing onsen.
GGuest UserVery good hot spring experience. Although the hotel is a bit remote, the bus goes directly from Gora Station. If you go early, you can book a shuttle bus to pick you up at Gora Station. There are two buses at 2:45 pm and 3:45 pm. You can also be sent directly to Gora Station on the return trip the next day. The service staff is very good and introduced the facilities in the house very considerately. There are hot springs both indoors and outdoors. There are several hot spring pools outdoors. There are not many people, so basically one person can have one pool, which also avoids embarrassment. Breakfast and dinner are quite rich, and the experience of one night and two meals is very good😆
CChristine TsoiThough not in the busiest tourist areas, the location of this hotel is at the heart of Kamakura with shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel design is very stylish and new. The hotel does not have a carpark or drop off areas, therefore it can get a little inconvenient if you are going by your own car. The staff gave information about the closest overnight parking which is very helpful because parking in Kamakura is very expensive. For the room, it was quite disappointing. Though I already know about the room size and that the facilities is limited (no TV), when I actually entered the room, I find the lighting is insufficient as well. There was only a very dim ceiling light in the room, I had to turn on the mirror light and bring over the table light to the nightstand side to have slightly better lighting. The amenties were to be collected at the lobby so it was okay. However, the room only provides kettle and 2 bottles of water, there was no tea bag or coffee whatsoever. About the bathroom: the towels were placed inside a wire basket which is placed directly on the floor, and that makes me feel very concerned for its hygiene. There is a restaurant/bar and shop on the lobby floor. While I enjoyed the shop very much, I think it would be nice if the staff could introduces us to what the restaurant/bar offers (to supplement for the lack of tea bags / coffee in the room). Generally speaking, it gives me a feeling that the hotel is a budget hotel branded as a boutique hotel. At this price, there are far better choices in Kamakura.
