The hotel staff are very considerate. From arriving at the hotel to checking in, there are staff taking care of the whole process. Luggage is delivered directly to the room. But this hotel is located on a mountain, so you need to take the hotel shuttle bus, so you need to plan your departure and return in advance. The room is comfortable and has a sea view.

The hotel is clean and the service is polite. The breakfast is delicious, using local ingredients. The hot spring water is from the source, and the pearl hot spring water. The drinks after the bath and the coffee in the lounge are delicious. The grounds are spacious and there are plenty of activities to enjoy. The free tour to watch the sunset and the stargazing where you can hear explanations about the stars while holding a laser up to the stars were great. You can see Venus, Jupiter, Mars, and the Pleiades star cluster with the naked eye. I would like to go back in the warmer months. The hotel was quite warm and comfortable even in winter.

I stayed for two nights, and the dinner menu changed on the second night, so I enjoyed it again. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes, so I was satisfied and never got bored. The room with a view of Ago Bay was also comfortable.

I am a girl and I took the bus from Nagoya with my child. Except that it took 7 or 8 minutes to get to the hotel by taking a detour according to Google Maps because I was not familiar with the road when I got off the bus (because I brought a 28-inch + 15-inch suitcase, there were many ups and downs along the way, and it was still quite dangerous and laborious to walk on the road. I suggest that the business put up a guide sign near the get-off point, so that it is safer and faster to take the small road to the hotel), everything else was perfect: the room was super big! The sleep was very comfortable! The hotel is very close to the ski area (the bus station is actually here). The waiter introduced us to a safe and fast route (less than 3 minutes). In addition, the hotel also provides cable car tickets for the ski resort, which is very considerate. I will bring my child here next time!

The rooms are quite dated but still clean. All staff members I encountered speak English and are very friendly. No on-site laundry but there is one opposite to the hotel.

There is no free parking in the hotel parking lot, only a 200 yen coupon. The front desk has to go up an escalator, but the overall hotel is also very good!

(03／10/2025 – 03/13/2025) 住 NOZOMI (忘舘), 整個大樓有翻新 乾淨 清潔, comfortable . c. 三間大樓 有三間大浴場, 泡湯泡的過癮 & .愉悅。 d. Breakfast buffet, 因為我吃蛋奶素, 覺得菜單普普. e 鳥羽灣是一個漂亮的港灣 ，傍晚靜坐窗前。觀看。海鳥飛翔。船隻波光粼粼 ,想起 “清風徐來,水波不興＂《前後赤壁賦》..不禁 心曠神怡。 以下也算建議: 1. 餐廳只有日文菜名, 建議:加英文.可笑的是 COFFEE MACHINE也 只有日文 ,讓人不知所措。 2. 接駁車牌子, 也只有日文. 3. 早上7:00 am 前 , 無法買單.去日本旅遊多年,第一次遇到這種狀況,看來是奇怪的管理方式。

This hotel is the biggest surprise in our trip to Mie Prefecture, bar none! The entire hotel is located near the mountains and the sea. The building is an Italian-style castle. The interior is retro-style but very bright! The room has a balcony, facing the sea and trees, it's time to heal! I booked a package that included two meals and one hotel stay for two nights. It turned out that the first day's dinner was a French six-course meal, and the second day's dinner was a kaiseki meal. We chose Japanese breakfast for both breakfasts because they were too luxurious and both were as sumptuous as a dinner. I also took a hot spring bath with my daughter in the evening♨️; the hotel’s service was very generous, and I would recommend it wholeheartedly!

This time it was the day before the holiday, so I was able to stay at a great deal. For breakfast, we could choose the freshly fried counter Tenjira kaiseki, which is limited to 10 people a day, which we wanted, and I felt very luxurious from the morning. I could take a herbal bath many times if I had a room key, and even had a soft serve ice cream service when I took a morning bath. It was a wonderful stay with the weather.
