Facilities: There's an ice machine and a vending machine on the floor, but no hot spring bath.
Cleanliness: Toothbrushes, combs, and such are available for self-service by the elevator on the first floor. Housekeeping is only provided for stays of four nights or more. Otherwise, you're expected to place your trash bags and used towels outside your door, and new ones will be provided when you return. Given the price, I suppose this is understandable.
Service: The front desk staff were very friendly, but check-in isn't until after 3 PM.
Overall, nothing surprising. The location and price set the expectations.

This hotel was a delightful surprise! I'm extremely satisfied; honestly, it's the best hotel I've ever stayed in. I never expected it to be this good.
1. The hotel is incredibly clean. The hygiene standards are excellent across the board. The bedding is top-notch, and the towels are all new.
2. The design is fantastic. The toilet, shower room, and sink are all separate, comparable to larger luxury hotels. Plus, with 20 square meters, there's ample space, and you can easily adjust it to fit larger luggage.
3. The hotel provides an incredible array of amenities – everything you could think of, and even things you wouldn't expect! For instance, they offer individual mouthwash packets and bath salts, not to mention the usual toiletries. The coffee and tea are great, and they even provide a hair straightener for women. Seriously, you barely need to pack anything.
4. I highly recommend booking a room with breakfast included. Although it's a set menu, the hotel breakfast is excellent, delicious, and filling, with both Western and Japanese options. There are eight choices in total.
5. The location is very convenient. After exiting subway station exit 12, make sure to turn right and slightly backward. Walk about 80 meters, and you'll see the cafe – that's the spot!
Overall, I'm extremely satisfied; it offers incredible value for money.

Location is not too bad, nearly 40 minutes walk to Dotonbori or a couple of train stops from there.
Service is okay staff are all nice and polite but it’s definitely a 3 stars standard not a four star ⭐️ quality.
The double room is so so small just like and the same like others 2 or 3 stars quality.
The breakfast is a joke and it’s such a let down knowing that it ran by Sheraton.
It comes like the bento style and only 4 choices to choose and every morning is the same nothing special.
We stayed for 5 nights and I wouldn’t pay for the breakfast if only I knew and wouldn’t pay for such high price to stay here you can find so much better values elsewhere at 3 star hotels that’s much closer to Dotonbori.
I know it’s high season but there’s so much cheaper 3 stars elsewhere that might be better than this one.
I definitely won’t return base on what I’ve paid and how far it is from the centre.
All the best for the future travellers and pick the location wisely.
The hotel is super close to both the JR and subway stations; the nearest subway exit is less than a minute away. It's perfect for exploring Osaka and the surrounding areas by train. The room met expectations for the price – it's small but clean and has everything you need.
The only minor downsides are that rooms are supposed to be cleaned every three days for extended stays, but ours wasn't cleaned on the third day, and the trash bin was full with no instructions on how to deal with it. Also, there are no disposable slippers, only disinfected plastic ones.

The location is fantastic! It's right by the JR South Exit, you just take the direct elevator from Daimaru department store straight up to the 19th-floor lobby. The hotel service was prompt and excellent. The compact twin room wasn't huge, but there was enough space for two suitcases. What's especially nice is that they even provide two cans of water. Being in Umeda makes it super convenient to get anywhere. I'll definitely stay here again next time.
Location consider near Shin-Osaka station, we booked hotel breakfast for 5 days, a bit boring on the breakfast selection but the taste not too bad. Hotel room seem very new but the bed and table a bit dusty even though everyday got make up room service, anyway overall is good. The most remarkable experience is there are many amenities like cotton buds, face soap, hair wax and some others even like candies are free flow to take by all hotel guests at the hotel concierge area.

The hotel was very nice and clean. However, I have to warn everyone, with tears in my eyes, to avoid the ramen shop across the street called 'Komugi Seido' (小麦生道). It was incredibly bad, like instant noodles soaked in dishwater, and super salty with tiny portions. Plus, the owner was openly discriminatory towards Chinese people.
I chose this hotel near the airport the night before my flight because I had an early morning departure. I arrived for check-in around 4 PM, and as soon as I got there, I regretted not coming earlier. I should have arrived first thing in the morning to enjoy the sea view and go shopping. The sea view from downstairs is absolutely stunning, and watching the sunset on the beach in the evening was incredibly relaxing. There are many outlet brands here, enough to spend a whole day browsing, though they do close at 8 PM, so plan your time accordingly. The shopping village near the hotel also has several restaurants with decent value for money, so dining is always an option.
The hotel is conveniently located right outside Exit 1 of the Rinku Town subway station. You don't even need to exit the station to get to the tower for check-in. There's a Lawson convenience store downstairs where you can grab snacks and drinks. When checking in, I pre-booked the shuttle for the next day and got my boarding pass. The next morning, I just went to the lobby of the adjacent hotel to catch the shuttle, and it was a super convenient 10-minute ride to Kansai Airport.
The room was very spacious, one of the biggest I've stayed in in Japan so far. There's a living room right as you enter, a bathroom with a bathtub in the middle, and then the bedroom further inside. There was plenty of space to lay out two large suitcases. The window offers a bay view. Next time, I'd definitely consider staying for two consecutive nights to enjoy the food and shopping without any rush.

Had a really nice stay at Hotel Keihan Tenmabashi Ekimae. The place was clean and the location couldn’t be better—right across from the station, with loads of places to eat nearby and a shopping mall close by too.
Beds were comfy and towels were changed every day, which was great. Breakfast wasn’t amazing, so I’d suggest grabbing something nearby instead.
Overall, super convenient and I’d definitely stay here again 👍

The room overall was very small; even for one person, I could barely spread out my suitcase 🧳, and walking around meant constantly stepping over things 😶. Despite the small size, it was well-equipped. The bed was quite soft, and the soundproofing was excellent; I could barely hear any noise from next door. The bathtub 🛁 and sink were together, which was fine for one person, but would be cramped for two. There were about 10 TV 📺 channels, and surprisingly, some Chinese TV dramas. The breakfast restaurant 🍴 is right next to the front desk on the third floor, and the food there was pretty standard.

EE6734****The hotel is right by the subway, but we ended up taking a long detour following our navigation. The back entrance is really close to the park's main gate, which was super convenient and comfortable for walking back to the hotel when the park closed around 9 PM.
However, check-in at the hotel was quite slow, and they didn't provide any power adapters. Breakfast seating was limited, so we had to queue up and wait a long time to get in. Eating outside in the cold wasn't ideal, but at least we could hear the screams from the roller coasters (ಥ⌣ಥ).
There's a commercial street nearby that also sells Universal merchandise, which was great for picking up last-minute souvenirs before we left.
Overall, I'd definitely stay at this hotel again next time and have already recommended it to friends. The convenience for families with kids is the most important factor.
AAnonymous UserThe front desk had a staff member who spoke Chinese, which made check-in super easy. The room was spacious and well-laid out, and it's really close to the subway station! Plus, it's right next to some very upscale residential buildings in Osaka.

GGuest UserI stayed at FL Hotel Dotonbori for two nights. When I arrived at Osaka Station, I was happy that the hotel was within walking distance, so getting there was very easy.
The hotel is located slightly behind the main Dotonbori area, but it’s still close enough to walk to all the main attractions. The location is definitely convenient.
When you enter the hotel, the amenities are placed in front of the reception, so you need to pick up whatever you need from the lobby before going up to your room. They provide pajamas, slippers, and other basic amenities.
One nice thing is that they offer free breakfast every morning. It’s simple, just two pieces of bread per person and hot drinks, but it’s still a nice touch. Everything is set up in front of the reception, and you can take it back to your room.
For me, there were a few downsides. I noticed a suspicious stain on the blanket on my bed. It wasn’t on the bedsheet itself, but on the blanket, which made me feel like housekeeping may have overlooked it.
The room size is about average for Japan. I was able to fit three large suitcases in the room, but there wasn’t much walking space, so I had to step around them.
Another issue is that the rooms are not very soundproof. Unfortunately, during my stay, my neighbors were quite loud at night, so that affected my sleep
AAnonymous UserThis hotel is super convenient for getting around, really close to the pedestrian street, and there are tons of restaurants nearby, which is a huge plus. It's quite popular, so there are always lots of guests. The breakfast is pretty good, with a wide variety of options, though you might have to wait in line. The service is generally excellent! The only minor downside is that it's about a ten-minute walk to the metro station, but for shopping and food, it's incredibly convenient.
Ddaryush01Extremely close to Universal Studios Japan and very convenient, just a six-minute walk from the subway station. The room was decent, with two beds that could be pushed together, fitting three to four people comfortably. There's also a hot tub on the top floor.
KkekexinWe booked a family suite, and the room was clean and tidy. Free coffee was also available on the 18th floor. The hotel is super close to Shinsaibashi, a fantastic location that's just a short walk away. Downstairs, there were some books available, which was great for keeping the kids entertained while we waited for our transport.

Very Good
SSollee- Spa was good, breakfast was good.
- Location was good; we could go shopping or eating outside easily. The area across the station felt a bit unsafe, and there were some homeless people around.
- Very clean floors in the entire building since everyone had to take off shoes at the lobby.
- After check-out, the hotel allows guests to store their luggage if guests stay on the premises to enjoy the spa. However, if guests leave the hotel after checkout and then return later, the hotel does not offer luggage storage. In that case, you have to use the coin lockers in front of the hotel. It was a bit inconvenient because I had to exchange money again to use the locker. That was the only inconvenience.

MMT LeeeThe location is excellent ,right in the heart of Shinsaibashi.
There is a FamilyMart directly across the street, which is very convenient.
The hotel is located just behind Fendi, with Lululemon right opposite.
If you go shopping and get tired, it’s very easy to return to the hotel to drop off your bags and head out again.
However, there are a few downsides.
The hotel is quite dark overall, and there is no daily cleaning service.
Towels are not replaced unless you specifically request it.
Overall, this hotel is perfect for shopping and convenience, but if you prefer brighter rooms or daily housekeeping, you may want to consider this before booking.
