4-Star Hotels in Tokushima Prefecture, Japan

Place is very convenience for us. After flight landed, we took bus at airport and get off the end of the bus stop. Then you will see the hotel. It is very easier and nearby, no any trouble to traveler to find hotel. Nice lobby and helpable of hotel staff. We asked more 2 bottle of water at the front desk, just few mins i saw staff already arrive at our room , he is faster than us arrive at my room. Good service and nice. We also dine at 6 floor restaurant. Very nice. Appreciate to highly recommend this hotel if travel to Tokushima.

It was a good hotel that offered meticulous hospitality and various experiences. From the moment I entered, I was greeted warmly by the doorman and treated by professional and friendly staff. Since I stayed for multiple nights, I received savvy club benefits from the hotel, including late check-out, lunch, and a gift certificate worth 2,000 yen. The hot springs on the 1st and 8th floors had a great view of the ocean and the water quality was good. The rooms faced the ocean, so it was great for viewing the stars at night or the sunrise. The Awa Odori, which is performed every night from 8:40 PM, provided a great opportunity to experience the culture of this region, and there were also experiences such as seaweed picking and dyeing. For dinner, I had a buffet at 彩, and the tuna dissection show was a feast for the eyes as well as the taste. In addition, I really liked the fact that this accommodation actively made efforts to practice a sustainable environment, such as installing recycling bins in the rooms. If I come to Tokushima again, I would like to stay at this hotel.

I had a great stay at Hotel Sunroute Tokushima! The staff were the real highlight—super friendly, attentive, and made everything so easy, with no trouble communicating in English at all. The hotel’s location right across from Tokushima Station is a major plus, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. It’s a solid choice for anyone looking for excellent service and a prime spot to explore the area.

The front desk is kinder and safer. Rental bicycles are also convenient (free for guests) for sightseeing in the neighborhood and exploring gourmet food.

Hygiene: very clean, but not as good as most excellent hotels in Japan Environment: The flowers and plants are very good looking. In fact, when you live, you will see a lot of insects... Service: Good attitude, maybe not full score but worth 5 stars Facilities: Some sense of time, but the overall is very good, but the main thing is the country house hotel, so travel must arrange a small bread transfer one day in advance, but the taxi point can be reimbursed, this gave 5 stars in the service bar. Absolute secret place Location: It is located at the high point of Iya Valley, surrounded by mountains and mist, like entering a fairyland. It only takes 3 minutes to walk to the urinary monk, don't miss it. Service: The hotel shuttle bus was booked in advance (JR Oboke Station). The driver was very considerate and stopped at the Iya Gorge Observation Deck to introduce and let us take pictures. Hot spring: It is very unique. You need to take a cable car to the outdoor hot spring, close to the Iya River, and the water temperature of 35 degrees directly out of the hot spring is very suitable for summer. Listening to the birdsong & the rushing river, looking at the green mountains & clouds, smelling the sulfur-smelling air, and immersing your body in the hot spring water, it is very comfortable and relaxing. Food: Breakfast and dinner are arranged with mountain delicacies, which are beautifully made and worth a try. Room: The layout is exquisite, and the bonus points are - audio equipment & ”Morning, Dusk, Night” CD, which makes people feel particularly soothing and very attentive. Service: Active and enthusiastic, you feel at home.
