4-Star Hotels in Chu, Kyrgyzstan

We stayed for 3 nights and the place was very clean. They cleaned our room everyday, which was nice. The location is great, just a short walk to Faiza Restaurant and Globus Supermarket. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and very accommodating. They even let us rest in the lobby and stored our luggage when we arrived early before check-in time. Amenities are a bit limited though there’s a small café but no gym or sauna. Breakfast is basic and almost the same every day, but it’s fine for a quick start to the day. Overall, it’s a nice and comfortable hotel. Good location, clean rooms, and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

I specifically chose a hotel that had just been renovated and opened in July 2025. It truly lived up to my expectations, exceeding them by far. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, everything brand new. The staff were all Chinese, and they served Chinese breakfast. They even had Hunan stir-fried dishes on the basement floor. It felt just like a business trip in China. I felt incredibly happy. The front desk staff even took the initiative to carry my luggage to the car. A five-star rating is a must. Recommended

For this business trip and vacation in Kyrgyzstan, I chose the Kyrgyz Star Hotel, and I must say it was an absolutely wise decision; the entire stay was perfect. **Excellent Location:** The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. Whether going to Ala-Too Square in the city center or to major business districts, transportation is very easy. There are also good restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making shopping and daily life very convenient. **Comfortable and Clean Rooms:** We stayed in a twin room, which was more spacious and bright than I expected. The bedding was very comfortable, and I slept soundly all night. Most importantly, the room was spotless, the bathroom facilities were clean and modern, and the hot water supply was stable and plentiful—crucial for a weary traveler. **Impeccable Service:** This is the hotel's most commendable aspect! From the front desk to the restaurant to room service, every staff member was smiling and incredibly attentive. The front desk staff are fluent in Chinese, Russian, and English, making communication seamless. They responded quickly and resolved any minor issues we encountered, making us feel very reassured.

The environment is nice and quiet, the decoration style is unique, the service attitude is good, and the breakfast is rich. I would like to especially thank Liela at the front desk for her attentiveness.

Not a bad hotel, comfortable and spacious rooms, the room has everything you need. Some rooms have been cosmetically renovated. The number of rooms is small. We didn't take breakfast, so I can't say anything. There are a lot of places near the hotel where you can eat tasty and varied food. WiFi is very weak... Value for money👌

The hotel is perfectly located near Alatu Square and a short walk from the shopping mall. There are supermarkets and good restaurants nearby. The breakfast was absolutely amazing; the presentation, food selection, and service were all top-notch. The restaurant is located on the top floor, offering views of the city center and the snow-capped mountains. The room was clean and tidy, and could accommodate two large suitcases. The front desk staff was also very good, with some English spoken.

Location is good, it's close to the center of the city. Hotel is clean and fresh. All works smoothly. Single minor problem was solved in minutes. The only downside is breakfast: the assortment is moderate and dining room is pretty small, you may not find free place.

It was a very good hotel. The sauna was great, and it's a hotel I'd like to visit again. The staff were also very helpful.

convenient downtown location, yet quite quiet; fast check-in check out; 3+ stars facilities; some of the sockets are of UK standard which could be helpful for certain people; central heating is a bit too hot, need to open the window from time to time; bed sheets aren’t changed every 3 days as supposed and the floor could be washed better; gym is the way too small, apart from that all good, breakfast is satisfactory

The hotel is in a good location with good amenities nearby. It's a newly renovated hotel, but the overnight stay was particularly poor. I often heard noises and was often woken up. The breakfast was so-so, but worth the price.
