The hotel is relatively old. On the first night, there were three power outages, two in the room and one on the floor waiting for the elevator. It was quite scary. The location is convenient, but there isn't much to visit downstairs. It's not far from the best mall and the old town (by car). The indoor swimming pool is not big, the water quality is OK and the temperature is comfortable. The fitness room is a bit small. The room was quite big and the breakfast was lackluster. There are many five-star hotels in Panama City that are actually not expensive. In addition, the hotels in the old town are more stylish. If I hadn’t gone with the group, I wouldn’t have chosen it. Bottled water in the room is only provided on the first day of stay, and will not be given again no matter how long the stay is. After confirming this rule with the front desk, I just thought it was weird.

Excellent stay at The Crowne. This hotel exceeded our expectation. The room was very cosy and extremely clean. The buffet was delicious with a reazonable price. We could enjoy the swimming pool and it was relaxing. The souvenirs were very nice and affordable. The staff was professional, and we had an excellent and warm welcome. Everything was perfect! Nothing to worry about! I higly recommend The Crowne Hotel Airport. There is also a free shuttle to and from the hotel! I will for sure book the Corwne again. It was my second time there.

This wasn't good experience. Room with ”garden view” actually room with parking lot view. There was crumbs in the room. And cockroaches. Room is exhausted and outdated. Breakfast with minimum options: cereals, fruits cuts, scrambled eggs (poorly done), sausages, some kind off local flatbread and one type of cookies for dessert. Didn't answer me by email and ignored phone calls. Staff is friendly but unhelpful. 5 minutes from airport but I wasn't successful to get through to them to ask for picking me up or get the shuttle schedule.

My stay was okay, good location close to amazing restaurants and the multi plaza mall. Breakfast and bar was okay with friendly staff. However the flaws were the room was freezing cold; tried to adjust but remained cold. Turned off the ac for the entire trip but was never hot. Room needs more amenities; offered only coffee we had to ask for tea, no bathrobes or slippers. Also house keeping cleaned rooms at 4 and later when guests are returning from a long day and need to enter. Not a bad hotel but needs to fix those issues.

Very clean hotel, welcoming manager and we managed to get an early check in thanks to my Accor membership. Room is big with complete amenities. Close to a metro station and walking distance to dining options. Felt generally safe while moving in the surrounding area.

This is a great hotel with a wonderful people that always try to help It is a hotel where they make you feel like family. All the staff treat you very kindly and try to make your stay very pleasant. You can walk and in a few minutes find what you are looking for The truth is that I highly recommend this hotel

I had five nights there the location it’s OK the hotel is big and enough space the price is affordable but team member and employee need more training to how make satisfy the customers especially for breakfast. The room is relatively large, but the facilities and overall environment are average, not as good as the le Meridien I stayed in before. The location is excellent, there is a 24-hour supermarket and hot pot restaurant next to it, and there are many choices for eating. Free hot water and coffee are provided, and the breakfast options are relatively more, with hot dishes. However, the view of the hotel is average, and you can't see the sea.

Nice hotels for families and business travelers.. service and amenities are good.. absolutely no complaints.. pool is very small and it was a major disappointment. gym is good. Overall a good and pleasant day. Quite a few restaurants and bar just opposite the hotel. Will definitely stay here next time.
