The accommodation service was warm and comfortable. The manager and receptionist were attentive and thoughtful. The rooms were clean and the bedding was comfortable. The hotel was equipped with a smart speaker. The hotel's location was convenient, with parking available at the entrance. There was a large supermarket on the hotel's basement level, and the Anheqiao North subway station was very close, only 200 meters away. The price-performance ratio was excellent. I would definitely stay here if I were visiting the Summer Palace. Highly recommended! Thumbs up!

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the subway station and a shopping center, making travel and shopping incredibly convenient. The staff's service attitude is exceptionally warm and thoughtful; every step from check-in to check-out made us feel right at home. The facilities and environment are also very good.
