Echarm Hotels in Chengdu

Overall we had a very comfortable stay in this hotel. The location is amazing. The staffs are friendly and helpful. We also got upgraded to a bigger room for free. They have an area for package collection (E.g. Taobao), you just need to find your own packages there. They also have a laundry room. The staff even helped us to put our clothes from the washer into the dryer when we went out. The bed is comfy, but the two pillows they provided were a bit too low when we only used one pillow and too tall when we used both pillows. The room is pretty clean overall, maybe just very little bit of water stain in the shower place if you look closely. The bathroom has seated toilet and very clean, but the toilet paper is very rough. We would come back to this hotel if we visit ChengDu again. It is a very nice hotel 🙂

The room was spacious and clean, and the toiletries were of a higher quality than I expected. It was super convenient to get around and find places to eat downstairs. I stayed for two days and had absolutely no complaints – definitely a reliable hotel I'd book again! 👍 The front desk staff were all smiles when they greeted me, and check-in was incredibly efficient! The special noodles for breakfast were springy and flavorful, with a rich broth. My stay was incredibly comfortable; every detail showed how much care they put in. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area 😊

The experience was beyond expectations, the room was spacious and clean, and the price-performance ratio was very high. The front desk service is enthusiastic and responsive, and you can feel that they are helping every guest with sincerity. I forgot to apply for the required materials for reimbursement on the day I left the store, and half a month later I reissued it remotely. The hotel’s location is relatively inconvenient. While it is close to the wholesale market and Wanda Plaza, it is quite a distance from most major attractions. Although taxis are easy to get, travel time to key spots typically takes at least 15 minutes or more. Breakfast is average. Room is spacious with good AC, water pressure, and lighting, but cleanliness is an issue. Visible stains and even traces of blood on the bedsheets—definitely not suitable for those sensitive to hygiene. Lobby staff are friendly, but the coffee machine is unreliable and often out of water.

Very good, the front desk service attitude is good, the environment is behind the parking lot and not facing the street, it is quiet and quiet. My family likes to stay at this hotel, which will make the sleep quality better. I like the harder mattress before.

This hotel is super easy to find and getting a taxi is a breeze. The front desk staff, especially one lovely lady, was incredibly nice. She not only checked me in quickly but also thoughtfully recommended some fun local spots. The bed in my room was so soft, I slept wonderfully. The next morning, I tried the noodles she recommended and was energized for another day of sightseeing. It's a hidden gem with unbeatable value for money and a perfect location. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chengdu!
