This Hanting hotel has very clear pros and cons: Pros: The staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, the shower had good hot water and a powerful showerhead. The central air conditioning maintained a comfortable temperature, and the curtains were dark enough for a good night's sleep. The best part was the laundry room with washing and drying facilities, which is incredibly convenient for families traveling with children. The laundry room alone deserves five stars. Cons: The family room was far too small, practically cramped. After fitting a large and a small bed, there was barely room to turn around. The cartoon stickers on the wall were incredibly tacky and poorly done; even my child complained about how ugly they were. Also, they didn't provide shower caps, and you had to ask the front desk for one. I've encountered this at other Hanting hotels too. It's such a large chain; do they really begrudge their guests a shower cap? It's a bit unbelievable.

Come to Sichuan University to play, choose this Hanting is really comfortable ～ opened in the Caribbean Plaza, downstairs is a variety of food shops, morning and evening foraging is super convenient, full of fireworks. The room was clean and tidy, quiet and warm, the bedding was soft and comfortable to live in. The front desk service is gentle and meticulous, making people feel very kind. The location is excellent, close to Sichuan University, whether it is work, play or shopping, it is particularly convenient, and I will choose here next time.

The most important problem is that the door card cannot be fixed to the floor they should go to, so there will be inexplicable little cards appear, the office is too crowded, the takeaway can only put the takeaway on the first floor, the robot is inconvenient to deliver the takeaway, and the front desk and other staff deliver one by one, I feel tired for them. My room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with four complimentary bottles of water. The vanity and toilet areas were separate, which was convenient, and the soundproofing was great, so I slept very well. The hotel offers free laundry and drying facilities, and the front desk provides complimentary coffee, tea, and bottled water. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit and will recommend it to my friends.
