"The hotel is located on a small street, which is relatively quiet and suitable for rest. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to Beijing Road and nearly half an hour to Chimelong. The hotel is very close to the subway. Generally speaking, the location is very convenient.
The hotel room is large, European style, and the facilities are slightly old. We stayed for two nights. We didn't drink the mineral water on the first night. On the second night, we thought about the long-distance trip on the third day, so we asked for two more bottles of water, but they were not delivered. I hope the hotel will pay attention next time."

"The hotel is located in the downtown area. The hotel reception desk is on the fifth floor. If you stay on the sixth floor, you need to turn two corners from the fifth floor and take another elevator to get there. The hotel parking lot is in the underground garage. The parking spaces are relatively tight. Because there are restaurants on the lower floors of the fifth floor, the parking spaces are not so tight only after dinner.
The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas; the facilities seem a bit old, but they are all complete. The network is fast and the TV can watch live programs.
The deposit for online booking (one night) is the room fee (one night), and you cannot check out. You have to pay again when checking in, and the deposit is returned by the original route. I wonder how the platform can have such a hotel that cannot be checked out after online booking?"

"One side of the window cannot be locked, and there is no sound insulation. On Saturday night, the karaoke downstairs and the drunk passers-by in the parking lot were a bit loud. It would be better to have earplugs/headphones to help.

GGuest UserVery high tech operation with robots snd automatic lights/drapes etc. Convenient shuttles to airport and subway. The water was not hot enough but the hotel engineer made it piping hot. The breakfast was excellent for the room price. Above all, the service and responsiveness were outstanding. The location is a little far from the city centre and the surroundings are a little grubby … but the shuttle/subway offers travel flexibility and starbucks is close by!

I had a great experience staying here during my solo trip to Guangzhou. The location is incredibly convenient—right above a subway station! You can easily take Metro Line 3 from Baiyun International Airport, transfer to Line 2 at Jia He Wang Gang Station, and get off at Gong Yuan Qian Station. The direct elevator access to the subway made getting around the city effortless, and especially helpful during rainy days since I could find meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) right in the subway station without getting wet.
For coffee lovers, this place is a gem. Just downstairs at Zhongshan Wulu, there are Lukin Coffee and Cotti Coffee, plus two Starbucks within the subway station. The area is quite central and well-connected. Attractions like Jiaoyu Road, Beijing Road, and Dafo Temple are all within walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.
I booked the Deluxe 1-Bedroom, 1-Living Room Suite and was happy to find that the room matched the photos. It had a window in the bedroom, a balcony in the living room, and a washer/dryer on the balcony—perfect for long-term stays.
The front desk staff were especially friendly and helpful. My flight arrived early and I got to the hotel around 8:30 AM. They kindly allowed me to store my luggage until check-in and even messaged me when the room was ready. During my three-week trip in China, I had two side trips to other cities and was able to store my luggage at the hotel each time. This flexibility made my travels much easier. They really tried to accommodate everything I needed.
Highly recommend this place for both short and long stays!

GGuest UserAll the staffs have been really friendly and helpful, however, a man (probably a hotel guest)kept spitting to the side of the pool after each lap whist our children were swimming in the pool. This is not directly the hotel’s fault but the staff did not intervene which it was a bit disappointing, we had to take the children out of the swimming pool after a short while as it was very unpleasant.

my one night stay in the LIZ Hotel in Guangzhou was a pleasant experience that helped me relax and refresh myself before continuing my journey the next morning inside China.
It's location near the Guangzhou East Railway Station (Guangzhoudong) is a very convenient one, especially if you plan to travel by train. Also it's easily accessible by the close by Metro Station (Guangzhou East Railway Station), in case you need to get to or come from the airport as in my case.
My room was clean and ready up to my expectations and during my short time there I was happy with the provided services.
Lastly, there are some western type of food choices for breakfast, which I think is always a big plus for foreigners.
Thank you and hopefully I will use your services in the future.
