"The hotel environment is great, and the swimming pool is beautiful – definitely worth visiting every day. There's a 7-Eleven nearby, and the robot delivery service for food is a nice touch. The only two downsides: - The gym is quite old; I'd recommend updating the equipment. - The TV in the room is outdated; it would be much better if it supported screen casting. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend staying here."

"This is a landmark hotel. The front desk staff were very welcoming and arranged for an upgrade to a high-floor corner room. We had a great view of the New Territories of Hong Kong on one side and the Shenzhen cityscape on the other. Even the separate work area had a view, so the entire room offered a 270-degree panoramic view. The service butler was attentive, proactively bringing our luggage to the room and providing complimentary coffee, tea, and other drinks. They also offered robot delivery for takeout, which was convenient and quite fast. If you're driving, you park in the underground garage, then need to take an elevator to the first floor, switch to another elevator to the front desk, and then take yet another elevator to your room."

"This was our second stay at Genpla Hotel in Nanshan, and it was just as great as the first. We came this time with our friend’s family, and they also enjoyed the hotel very much. The pool, sauna, steam room, and gym are all well‑maintained and make the stay feel relaxing. The breakfast is quite nice with a good variety of options. A special thanks to Manager Terry, who was extremely hospitable and accommodating throughout our stay. His warm service made us feel truly welcomed as returning guests. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable, and the location is convenient for getting around Nanshan. Overall, a reliable and enjoyable hotel — we’ll definitely return again."

"Ordered a cake to celebrate but picked the wrong date so it arrived two days early. But the front desk was really nice. They put it in the refrigerator for me and asked me to take it back when I checked in. Thank you so much. The staff are really nice and friendly. The apartment is located in Zhongzhou Bay. I booked it because I wanted to attend an event at Zhongzhou Bay Mall. It is very convenient as I can get there right downstairs."

"Location is right next to huaqiangbei. We stayed at the one bedroom apartment and it was really clean and comfortable. Checkout was extremely fast. Can’t get over the delivery robot all the serviced apartments in China provide and how much it makes life convenient for guests. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"The room was excellent, the facilities were great, the pool was fantastic, the service was superb, and the view was amazing. A few things really stood out: first, they thoughtfully gave us a complimentary breakfast since we were traveling with two kids; second, they arranged a room with a view of Window of the World for us; and third, even though our original room on the sixth floor already had a great view, when we expressed concerns about potential noise near the elevator (which turned out to be unfounded), the hotel staff went above and beyond by checking the Window of the World light show schedule to help us choose an alternative room. Overall, the service was exceptional, and I'll definitely choose The Westin Shenzhen Nanshan again next time!"

"I was very satisfied with the upgraded room, which offered a 180-degree view. The executive lounge also had excellent service and scenery. I was just trying to take a quick photo of myself when Jennifer noticed and specially took two Polaroid pictures for us as a souvenir, making up for my regret of not bringing my own camera. The breakfast was exceptional; I rarely see Hu La Tang (spicy soup) and black sesame paste, which can cater to all age groups in a family. Finally, I think the service at the lobby bar needs improvement. The window seats didn't have any 'reserved' signs, and twice when I tried to sit at different spots, I was told they were 'reserved.' However, no one ever showed up to claim them even by the time I left."

"Choosing to stay at Tianan Cloud Apartment for this business trip completely exceeded my expectations. The location is convenient, only 300 meters from Gangtou Metro Station on Line 10. Taxi and bus stops are right outside, and shopping malls and restaurants are nearby, making dining and shopping hassle-free. It's incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travel. The room design was a pleasant surprise. The loft-style layout is incredibly spacious, with a 50-square-meter layout that maximizes space. The minimalist style combined with Morandi color schemes is very Instagrammable, and you can even enjoy the city skyline view at night – a truly comfortable stay. Cleanliness was impeccable; the room was spotless and odor-free, the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and attention to detail was evident, reaching a high standard. The service was the icing on the cake. There was 24-hour online support, and the front desk staff were warm and professional, proactively offering drinks before I even asked. Any needs were addressed immediately, and WeChat communication was also very prompt – their thoughtfulness was impeccable. Breakfast was delivered to my door every day on time, with a variety of delicious options, adding a touch of warmth to my busy schedule. Whether you're on a business trip or a short vacation, this place offers the comfort of a ”home away from home.” I've already recommended it to my colleagues and friends, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Shenzhen!"

"We stayed for 1 night at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Shenzhen as a family of three and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel delivers on the reliable Hilton standard with some nice touches. **What we liked:** The room was **very clean** and well-maintained. The decor and furniture felt upscale and of genuinely high quality — modern and comfortable. We especially appreciated the lobby, which is beautifully decorated with classy Chinese-style sculptures that give the hotel a sophisticated first impression. A big plus was the hotel’s location right next to the Netherlands Village, a large and pleasant area filled with greenery, plants and pets for sale, and some nice cafes. It created a relaxing atmosphere around the property. One small but very practical highlight was the ample supply of toiletries. They provided more than enough toothbrush kits for our family of three, which is surprisingly rare in Shenzhen hotels (we’re often given only two sets even for three people). **Negatives:** The location is a bit inconvenient if you rely on public transport. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the nearest metro station. We also encountered two practical issues in the room. The power outlets are the 240V three-pin type (UK-style), which meant our standard Chinese plugs wouldn’t fit. This was quite surprising for a hotel in China. Additionally, the bathroom door was quite stiff and difficult to open and close fully."

"They upgraded my room, which basically just added a window – thanks! It was pouring rain in Shenzhen, and the hotel room had no umbrellas. No big deal, but what's crazy is the front desk wanted a 100 RMB deposit for a 10 RMB convenience store clear umbrella. Feels like they're desperate for cash! I suggest buying a few more umbrellas yourselves; even selling them would be better than trying to make money off deposits, right??? 😅 Also, the curtain switch in the room was broken. I wonder who will pull the curtain down and have to pay 10,000 RMB for it."
