Hangzhou Hotels with Jacuzzi

"The hotel is right in front of the bus stop. If you're walking from Metro Line 1, you'll pass through a commercial street, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The lobby has excellent air conditioning, and there's a free coffee machine and tea available. The room isn't huge, but it looks exactly like the promotional pictures. The smart home features throughout the room are very convenient, and I was quite satisfied. The only minor thing is the mirror facing the bed, but you can just cover it with a towel if it bothers you. The hotel service was also excellent; it was pouring rain when we arrived, and while we were resting in the lobby, the front desk staff kept checking on us. Even the cleaning staff was very polite when we asked for our room to be tidied."

The courtyard is perfect for photos, and you're just a 10-minute walk from Leifeng Pagoda and West Lake—the location is simply unbeatable. It's a true natural oxygen bar, so incredibly therapeutic! And a special shout-out to Xiaojie at the front desk for her wonderful and attentive service."

"The location is excellent, right next to Raffles City and very close to MixC! There's a parking lot downstairs, and check-in was smooth. Regarding the environment: Although the hotel is on the 32nd floor, there are multiple elevators, so the waiting time is very short – a big plus! The room environment is quite good, spacious, and even has a 'pool-sized' large bathtub! Now, let's focus on the downsides: First, the bathroom floor is super slippery and has no non-slip mat! Forget about when shampoo is involved during a shower; I almost slipped just walking in! This absolutely needs attention! I suggest adding non-slip mats or non-slip slippers. Second, the computer lags a lot when playing games, and the picture quality is a mess. The on-duty staff didn't understand computers and couldn't provide any help. As an e-sports hotel, shouldn't the staff at least know a little about computers? Third, the service doesn't match the price. Don't most people play games on the computer at night in an e-sports hotel? This e-sports hotel is quite interesting; they didn't mention the check-out time when I checked in. Then, at 9 AM on a Sunday morning, they sent a WeChat message saying check-out was at 12:00 PM, otherwise, an extra fee would be charged... Do guests staying at an e-sports hotel on a Sunday morning wake up at 9 AM? Then, at 12:00 PM, someone knocked on the door... It was both impolite and unnecessary. If you're going to charge for overtime, why not just deduct it from the deposit? I was literally woken up. A good hotel needs good management. I hope the owner improves their service. It's really bad!"

"Great location! There are so many shops and restaurants nearby, which is really convenient. The service attitude is excellent; they were very patient and helpful with all my questions. The room was also very clean and tidy. Plus, they offer laundry service, which is a huge convenience! 👍👍👍 I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip!"

"I booked this hotel last minute when I was in the area, and it was right off the elevated highway. The hotel's style is exactly what I like – the room design is simple yet elegant, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a full night's sleep until morning. The staff provided very thoughtful service; when checking in, they kindly asked if I had a car and informed me that I'd need to scan a QR code for free parking upon departure. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip, highly recommended!"

"Walkable distance to Westlake (a v nice walk). Very clean rooms with a cute AI audio assistant (to speak to in Chinese to change songs etc.) and fantastic service from the staff - we spoke via WeChat and they responded immediately (whether we needed to clean our rooms, or them notifying us that our delivery food has arrived and they’ve placed it at our doors). They have been so hospitable and it made the stay so nice!  A very nice place to stay in if you want somewhere tranquil and nice to stay that’s not amidst the hustle / crowds at westlake. I saw the other hotels I contemplated booking previously and found them too near high tourist traffic. Very happy with our decision to book here :) will defo book here again if we come back to Hangzhou (even our DIDI driver mentioned that this place looks v nice hehe).  Also there’s a cafe downstairs :) with v nice view and just good vibes. "Front desk staff, Ms. Wang Xiao, kindly upgraded my mother's room for free. The room was spacious and bright, with a bathtub for a relaxing soak. The environment was quiet, ensuring a great night's rest. Breakfast was plentiful, and they even gave us a souvenir upon check-out. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends and family when they visit Hangzhou."

"We were happy with our stay at Maytour hotel: Good value for money. Our room (411) had a good size with a spacious bathroom. Only downside was that it only had one tiny window. Staff was super friendly and helpful: They granted us late checkout. A laundry corner is available. Unfortunately, a gym is not part of the hotel. We did not try their breakfast, so we can not leave any comment in this regard."
