"We are recommended by friend to book this hotel. The hotel is located only 3 bus stop away from Xihu (西湖）West lake，very good location not far from shopping street as well. Cozy lobby with very friendly receptionist who even guide us to set up Alipay and how use Alipay to pay for the bus fare to West lake. Our room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The overall stay is a happy and welcoming. We will definitely recommend our family and friends to book this hotel if they are travelling to Hangzhou."

"This hotel is perfectly situated within the West Lake Scenic Area, less than a kilometer's walk from the Fish Watching at Flower Pond scenic spot. As I have a soft spot for rooms with terraces and courtyard-style architecture, I was immediately drawn to this hotel. From the moment I checked in, it was one pleasant surprise after another. The hotel itself is a feast for the eyes, with stunning views at every turn – charming courtyard landscapes, air as fresh as a natural oxygen bar, and even its own park with natural springs. Opening the floor-to-ceiling windows in my room revealed a breathtaking panorama that was truly invigorating. The hotel's garden views are every bit as impressive as those in the scenic area. The staff were warm, attentive, and very helpful in explaining nearby attractions. The hotel also boasts a gym, a swimming pool, and a spa, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The room itself was bright, spacious, and spotlessly clean. We even received a complimentary basket of snacks upon arrival. Overall, the stay was an excellent experience."

"I initially booked this hotel on a whim, not really intending to splurge on the top-tier room. However, after speaking with the front desk and seeing the room firsthand, I immediately upgraded to the best available room by paying the difference. The room's overall design is incredibly striking, modern, and upscale. The spatial proportions and details are all very pleasing. The biggest highlight is the private hot spring bath right in the room, offering excellent privacy and undisturbed relaxation. The window overlooks the most bustling stretch of river in the city center, offering clear views during the day and beautiful lights at night. Yet, the room itself remains remarkably quiet, enhancing the sense of tranquility. The design, materials, and scale of the private hot spring area are all meticulously considered. Soaking in the hot spring while enjoying the river view truly allows you to slow down and unwind, making it perfect for anyone genuinely seeking relaxation. The hotel's central location is also incredibly convenient for getting around, dining, or just taking a stroll. The cleanliness, facilities, and service all significantly exceeded my expectations. The details were spotless and well-maintained, and everything was easy to use, showing a clear dedication to refining the guest experience. After staying for over two days, I've come to one conclusion: if your budget allows, I genuinely recommend booking the best room directly; the private hot spring room type is absolutely excellent."

"I have been to Hangzhou many times. I have been to popular attractions such as West Lake and Lingyin Temple before. This time I explored Jiuxi Shibajian, which is worthy of being the natural oxygen bar of Hangzhou's ”Wizard of Oz”. Now in this season, Hangzhou is a summer resort. This homestay I chose this time is also a surprise. The location is very good. It takes 5-10 minutes to walk directly to Jiuxi Yanshu, and stroll along the stream to Longjing Village. There are towering ancient trees and cool streams all the way. It is especially suitable for taking children to play in the water and explore the mysteries. It only takes 15 minutes to take a taxi to West Lake, and it is very convenient to go directly to Bus No. 87. The rooms in the B&B are healing, super clean, and very new. From the tatami windowsill, you can enjoy the tea mountain and bamboo forest opposite. The B&B staff are considerate and will help recommend tour routes. The weather was very good when we came. We drank in the yard at night and could see the beautiful starry sky. We climbed the tea mountain in the morning and felt refreshed. It is a 3-5 minute walk from the B&B. I heard from the store that this is a very famous hiking route. Due to limited time this time, we only walked a short distance. Let's explore it next time."

"The hotel service is good, and the newly built facilities are also excellent. We stayed for two nights, and the breakfast was different each day, with a great variety. We even got a room upgrade, which was more spacious. The hotel's relaxed pace starts the moment you open the window and see the lush greenery. Outside, there's verdant foliage; inside, a cozy, laid-back corner – this is exactly how a trip should feel."

"If you want to stay im cozy hotel that feels like home and stay away from the noise I really recommend this hotel. The rooms has great views of the temple and you can walk through the trees if you go right. The rooms very clean and the design of the hotel is beautiful however the old guest didn’t keep it in same way. The staff was very friendly and nice helped us with everything thank you so much ."

"Traveling with my family during the Chinese New Year holiday, we decided to stop by Hangzhou and booked Atour in advance. The hotel is surrounded by a mall, so there are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. There's a parking lot with ample spaces. However, there's only one elevator from the lobby to the rooms, so there can be a bit of a wait. The room itself was nice and spacious, and the bedding was very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. It was quite hot outside, and the central air conditioning only blew warm air, which was a bit unbearable. The staff kindly brought us a portable air cooler to use. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't comment on that. It's also not far to get to West Lake by taxi. Overall, a good hotel."

"I stayed here recently and honestly? I loved it. First of all, it’s super easy to find and just about a 10-minute ride from Hangzhou West Railway Station if you take DiDi. If you’re arriving by train like I was, it’s pretty convenient. As soon as I entered, the whole place smelled so clean and fresh. It gave off that “you can finally relax now” vibe. Very inviting. I was also pleasantly surprised that it’s foreigner-friendly—just had to register, no deposit needed. Smooth check-in, no hassle. Now let’s talk about the room. I picked the one with a bathtub and city view—slightly pricier than the standard ones but 100% worth it. The room was spotless, the view was chef’s kiss, and I honestly felt like royalty the entire time. Everything was so comfy. Even the toiletries, which I usually don’t even notice, were complete, fresh, and came in their own little wraps and bottles. It’s the little things. What I also appreciated? The room looked exactly like what was shown online. No catfishing here. What you see is what you get. Oh, and shoutout to their doorman machine—it made it super easy to get my food deliveries without having to come down every time I got hungry. That alone made my life so much easier. All in all, it was a comfortable, relaxing stay. I’d definitely book here again."

"While the hotel's location is a bit average, the facilities are quite good. However, perhaps due to the Chinese New Year, the service was a bit lacking. When I asked a staff member for two bottles of mineral water, they immediately told me that anything over four bottles would be charged. Before 9 AM, my room door suddenly opened; it was likely a cleaner who had gotten the wrong room. After checking out, I realized I'd left a small bag in the room. By the time I noticed, it had been four hours since I checked out, and no one from the hotel had contacted me. I had to call the hotel's housekeeping department myself to inquire, and they told me they needed to verify it. Overall, it was a bit of a mixed experience."
