Hangzhou Hotels with Jacuzzi

"The hotel is right in front of the bus stop. If you're walking from Metro Line 1, you'll pass through a commercial street, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The lobby has excellent air conditioning, and there's a free coffee machine and tea available. The room isn't huge, but it looks exactly like the promotional pictures. The smart home features throughout the room are very convenient, and I was quite satisfied. The only minor thing is the mirror facing the bed, but you can just cover it with a towel if it bothers you. The hotel service was also excellent; it was pouring rain when we arrived, and while we were resting in the lobby, the front desk staff kept checking on us. Even the cleaning staff was very polite when we asked for our room to be tidied."

"The location is a bit out of the way, with no convenience stores or other commercial facilities nearby. However, the Silk Museum bus stop is conveniently located, making it easy to reach West Lake attractions like Changqiao Park and Yongjin Gate. There are vending machines in the hotel, but they're complicated to use, requiring ID and a phone number. I stayed in Building 2, which was redecorated in 2024. The room was small but had elegantly toned furniture; there was no desk. The hallway in Building 2 was too cold, but the courtyard had a 'fairy-like' cool mist for photos. The front desk staff, Lulu, was very professional, attentive, and friendly. The hotel parking lot is open to the public, so finding an empty spot can be a hassle as there are no dedicated spaces for guests. The room service was excellent, and the hotel has a self-service laundry room with three washers and dryers, which was a huge plus."

"The location is excellent, right next to Raffles City and very close to MixC! There's a parking lot downstairs, and check-in was smooth. Regarding the environment: Although the hotel is on the 32nd floor, there are multiple elevators, so the waiting time is very short – a big plus! The room environment is quite good, spacious, and even has a 'pool-sized' large bathtub! Now, let's focus on the downsides: First, the bathroom floor is super slippery and has no non-slip mat! Forget about when shampoo is involved during a shower; I almost slipped just walking in! This absolutely needs attention! I suggest adding non-slip mats or non-slip slippers. Second, the computer lags a lot when playing games, and the picture quality is a mess. The on-duty staff didn't understand computers and couldn't provide any help. As an e-sports hotel, shouldn't the staff at least know a little about computers? Third, the service doesn't match the price. Don't most people play games on the computer at night in an e-sports hotel? This e-sports hotel is quite interesting; they didn't mention the check-out time when I checked in. Then, at 9 AM on a Sunday morning, they sent a WeChat message saying check-out was at 12:00 PM, otherwise, an extra fee would be charged... Do guests staying at an e-sports hotel on a Sunday morning wake up at 9 AM? Then, at 12:00 PM, someone knocked on the door... It was both impolite and unnecessary. If you're going to charge for overtime, why not just deduct it from the deposit? I was literally woken up. A good hotel needs good management. I hope the owner improves their service. It's really bad!"

"Traveling with my family during the Chinese New Year holiday, we decided to stop by Hangzhou and booked Atour in advance. The hotel is surrounded by a mall, so there are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. There's a parking lot with ample spaces. However, there's only one elevator from the lobby to the rooms, so there can be a bit of a wait. The room itself was nice and spacious, and the bedding was very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. It was quite hot outside, and the central air conditioning only blew warm air, which was a bit unbearable. The staff kindly brought us a portable air cooler to use. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't comment on that. It's also not far to get to West Lake by taxi. Overall, a good hotel."

"I booked this hotel last minute when I was in the area, and it was right off the elevated highway. The hotel's style is exactly what I like – the room design is simple yet elegant, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a full night's sleep until morning. The staff provided very thoughtful service; when checking in, they kindly asked if I had a car and informed me that I'd need to scan a QR code for free parking upon departure. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip, highly recommended!"

"My stay here has been amazing, I cannot fault it! The staff are so friendly and incredibly kind! I don’t speak very much mandarin at all but communication was not an issue at all!  The location is also perfect. It is a very short walk to West Lake through the neighbourhood and just outside of the hotel is a lovely route up to the City of God Pavilion- which you have an amazing view of at the hotel.  When I come back to Hangzhou to visit my friend I intend to stay here again!  I highly recommend the place for those wanting to explore nature and have some peace and quiet."

"Front desk staff, Ms. Wang Xiao, kindly upgraded my mother's room for free. The room was spacious and bright, with a bathtub for a relaxing soak. The environment was quiet, ensuring a great night's rest. Breakfast was plentiful, and they even gave us a souvenir upon check-out. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends and family when they visit Hangzhou."

"We were happy with our stay at Maytour hotel: Good value for money. Our room (411) had a good size with a spacious bathroom. Only downside was that it only had one tiny window. Staff was super friendly and helpful: They granted us late checkout. A laundry corner is available. Unfortunately, a gym is not part of the hotel. We did not try their breakfast, so we can not leave any comment in this regard."
