"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The surroundings were peaceful and serene, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The room was modern, spacious, and tastefully decorated, making it very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. We especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which featured a wide variety of delicious options. A lovely bonus was the complimentary supper served in the evening, which was a thoughtful touch after a day of sightseeing. The hotel is also conveniently located near Jiuzhaigou, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel was very clean and hygienic, with smart toilets and comfortable bedding. The best part was the quiet surroundings; there was absolutely no noise at night, which made for a perfect sleep. I booked a room with breakfast, and after a simple meal, the hotel provided a shuttle to the Jiuzhaigou entrance (it's about a 20-minute walk otherwise), which was great. The only minor drawback is that the hotel is located on a small hill a few hundred meters from the main commercial street, so you have to climb a bit every time you go out, which can be quite breathless in a high-altitude area. But this minor issue doesn't overshadow the overall excellent experience, and I still highly recommend it."

"Excellent! The location is superb, it feels open and safe, and it's not too far from the scenic area's ticket entrance. The hotel's parking lot is huge, the service is warm and friendly, the room is quiet and odor-free, and the breakfast is good! Thumbs up!!"

"The front desk staff were incredibly kind and attentive. It was a cold, rainy afternoon when we arrived, and they thoughtfully brought us two bottles of warm mineral water. Shortly after, they sent up a snack platter. The next day, there was a minor, inconsequential hiccup, and to apologize, they sent up a large plate of freshly washed cherries 🍒. We're so grateful for their warm hospitality! The room was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The location is close to the scenic spots but not directly on the main road, so it's very quiet. Downstairs, there are all sorts of restaurants and supermarkets, which is incredibly convenient. Definitely a five-star rating!"

"What I loved most was the overall ambiance; it really felt like a vacation. I especially recommend the courtyard rooms. We happened to catch some rain during our stay, and sitting outside listening to the drizzle was incredibly relaxing – definitely the most memorable part of our trip. However, there were quite a few complaints regarding service details. The hotel's shuttle service is outsourced to an external fleet. They were almost half an hour late picking us up from the high-speed train station, which was not a great experience. For our return trip to the station, the car the hotel arranged for us was significantly more expensive than the normal rates in town, which felt a bit unfair. Plus, during the holiday, the car fleet clearly couldn't handle the demand, and they couldn't guarantee transport for guests to scenic spots. I hope the hotel can really improve on this. In terms of value for money, the room rates were on the pricier side compared to hotels of a similar caliber, making the overall value seem low. If it weren't for the courtyard environment, I would have felt it wasn't worth it. The dining experience was also a bit baffling. They offered several different set menus, but upon closer inspection, the differences between them were minimal. It felt like they were trying to imitate the portioned dining style of boutique guesthouses but only copied the superficial aspect, which was quite amusing. Another point is the relatively remote location. There are almost no convenience stores or restaurants nearby. If you want a proper meal, you have to walk a fair distance to 'Bianbian Street,' which isn't very convenient for guests without a car or those who don't like walking. Overall, the environment and the tranquil atmosphere of listening to the rain in the courtyard were fantastic – perfect for a getaway to unwind. But if convenience, transfers, and value for money are important to you, I'd recommend doing more research before deciding."

"This time, when visiting Jiuzhaigou, I chose to stay at Vienna International Hotel. It's really close to the scenic area, only a 7-8 minute drive in the morning. There's a large parking lot right outside, which is perfect for those traveling with their own car. A special shout-out to the front desk staff – they were incredibly kind and beautiful, fulfilling all our requests. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety, nearly 40 different dishes, providing a nutritious and comprehensive spread. It was definitely more cost-effective than eating out, offering great value for money."

"The room was decent, not noticeably different from what you'd expect from chain hotels like Atour. The bathroom, in particular, was a pleasant surprise with its Toto fixtures. Compared to other ******* regions, the facilities here are remarkably well-equipped. The owner thoughtfully placed us in the innermost building, away from the street and on the 3rd floor, which made it wonderfully quiet. The restaurant was excellent, offering a rich taste of ******* culture, providing a great opportunity for the kids to experience the local ethnic minority charm. Breakfast was also very good, and they even generously gave us an extra breakfast voucher. The taxi they arranged for our trip to Jiuzhaigou on the second day was also very punctual. Highly recommend!"

"First of all, the guesthouse was very clean, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. They also provided disposable bath towels and regular towels. The owner was very welcoming and enthusiastic. They even asked us for our planned sightseeing time the day before and drove us directly to the attraction the next morning. The owner was also incredibly responsive to all our requests. On the first night, our room felt very dry without a humidifier, so we asked the owner the next day, and they specially provided one for us. I highly recommend this guesthouse!"

"I had high expectations for hotels in Jiuzhaigou, and this one completely met my needs. First, it was clean and hygienic, and the room was well-ventilated with no strange odors. Second, there was plenty of hot water with good pressure for showering, which is super important! After a long day of sightseeing, a hot shower feels amazing. The toiletries were all Lux, which was a nice touch. Third, my parents tried out the private hot spring here and found it very comfortable – perfect for hot spring enthusiasts! Finally, the owner provides shuttle service to and from the scenic area; as long as you communicate in advance, they can usually accommodate. All in all, my parents and I were very satisfied with this hotel; we truly felt at ease during our stay. Oh, and the projector in the room was also very convenient and clear, and we could even cast to it! ✌🏻"

Environment: The guesthouse is a traditional Tibetan-style dwelling, which is very unique. The room has a terrace, so on good weather days, you can enjoy the surrounding mountain views and sunbathe, and at night, you can stargaze. Service: Free ******* and Hanfu clothing for cultural experience. In the morning, the owner arranges a car to take you to the entrance of the scenic area, which is very thoughtful.
