"The environment was very comfortable, and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient with check-in. The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the smart devices were easy to use. The late-night snack service was excellent, especially for those of us who had been out all day. It was so comforting to come back to hot food without needing to order delivery. During busy breakfast times on the weekend, a few dishes were a bit slow to be refilled, but as soon as we mentioned it to the staff, they promptly resolved the issue."

"The service provided by the front desk guys and girls was very considerate and attentive, and the introduction was very detailed. The room was very clean, and the mattress was moderately soft and hard. The facilities and equipment were complete, and there was a robot to deliver meals, which was very convenient. The location of the hotel is quite good, with a subway station just outside the door, which is very convenient for travel. It is close to the business district and attractions, close to Tianjie and Powerlong Shopping Mall, and it is also very convenient to go to West Lake. Recommended!"

"I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express Hangzhou Jiangnan. The room was quite spacious for Hangzhou. The front desk staff very friendly. Location is very convenient as it was near to subway station and breakfast menu are ok. I will surely comeback and highly recommend to my friends."

ZZemoZemorIt's like living in a forest, with acorns constantly falling from the trees. The hotel is very clean, with virtually no mosquitoes. The room facilities are all excellent, especially the toilet flushing, which isn't too loud. Special praise goes to the hotel staff; their service was exceptionally good from check-in to check-out. They provided afternoon tea with fruit platters, nuts, and tea; offered ginger soup and ice packs if you had a cold; and promptly came to your room to help with any issues. The hotel only offers vegetarian food. I tried it once, and it was quite good and creative. Compared to the Black Pearl Hotel (averaging 1000 RMB per person), it's definitely not quite as good, but it's much better than other vegetarian restaurants in temples. Every ingredient was very fresh, although there were some issues, like the watermelon in the complimentary fruit platter being sweet and the blueberries being extremely sour. If you don't want vegetarian food, the surrounding farmhouses are a good option, offering fish, chicken, stir-fries, etc. I randomly picked a few and none were bad. The hotel also arranged various courses, including a healing class and Baduanjin (Eight Pieces of Brocade). Lying in a cabin surrounded by trees and feeling the breeze on a platform by the forest river was a truly therapeutic experience! I stayed for two days and there were still many courses I didn't get to try, so I'll make up for them next time! I'll consider bringing my parents next time.

GGuest UserThe frontdesk personnel are friendly and helpful. A personnel hailed a taxi and helped us with our luggages and assisted my octogenarian father. Breakfast had sufficient spread but regular serving of bacon will be good. It will be most thoughtful when wiping clean the table to not let food remnants on the floor. On checking in, the WC seat (toilet) left signs of a lady guest before us. International socket point is only by the wash basin. I cannot express more about the location - superb! It has a 10th floor deck to view the infamous West Lake. Wished i had managed to watch the dancing water display, apparently only at 7:30 pm for a short while with a packed audience - in that respect, it can be very stifling in a crowd during hot weather. It is also near malls, eateries and night pedestrian walk.
