"The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast options were diverse. We were very satisfied with our stay and would choose this hotel again in the future."
"I stayed one night at Novotel Hangzhou East Railway Station and had a great experience. The location is super convenient—just a short walk or metro ride from the train station. The room was clean, modern, and comfy, with fast Wi-Fi. What really stood out was the service. 五 and 小罗 were amazing—super friendly and helpful. They even arranged a smooth drop-off at the station when I checked out. Thanks to them, my stay felt extra warm and welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel, especially if you’re lucky enough to meet 五 and 小罗. Great hospitality all around."
"This newly opened Atour hotel near MixC has an amazing sunset view from its restaurant, allowing you to enjoy the sunset right from the hotel, which is quite a treat. The bamboo-themed lobby also offers complimentary self-service fruit tea that's refreshing and delicious. The huge floor-to-ceiling windows frame the sunset and city skyline like a painting, making every casual photo an atmospheric masterpiece. The stay experience was truly elevated! Plus, the hotel has an underground parking lot, making getting around super convenient."
"It was the second time I’m staying in this hotel! The mail thing is extremely convenient location, very close to the east train station, and there are many restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets around. The stuff is very helpful. I will stay here again if I have a business trip in Hangzhou."

"Walking distance to Hangzhou East Station. Satisfied with the breakfast varieties at this hotel. Appreciate the effort of scenery painting outside the window wall for non window room."
"By far one of the best hotel experiences in China. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They worked so hard to make sure our stay was perfect. A special thank you to the front desk staff Hou Hao and Liu Chang for exceeding our expectations and making our stay so comfortable. and a big thank you to the chef, Peter for making us delicious breakfast. Peter really knows hospitality. He made us a Christmas tree and brought it to our table! This hotel is a very good place to call home away from home."

Excellent
GGuest UserIt is very near the MRT station, the room is big for 2 people. Receptionist staff is friendly, support us to order the milk tea.
GGuest UserLovely hotel with fully setup amenities. Good location nearby the walking street & metro. Friendly staff. Everything is over expectation, will come back again for sure. 🥰
GGuest UserIt was a wonderful stay at the hotel! Friendly Kate did everything to make our experience unforgettable and took great care of us. The breakfast is very varied and delicious - the view in the room and the facilities are really 5 stars
GGuest UserScholars Hotel offers a comfortable and convenient stay, especially if you're visiting Zhejiang University or the Wulin Square area. The rooms are clean and quiet, with a nice blend of modern comfort and traditional touches. Service was warm and attentive, and check-in was smooth.
ZZemoZemorIt's like living in a forest, with acorns constantly falling from the trees. The hotel is very clean, with virtually no mosquitoes. The room facilities are all excellent, especially the toilet flushing, which isn't too loud. Special praise goes to the hotel staff; their service was exceptionally good from check-in to check-out. They provided afternoon tea with fruit platters, nuts, and tea; offered ginger soup and ice packs if you had a cold; and promptly came to your room to help with any issues. The hotel only offers vegetarian food. I tried it once, and it was quite good and creative. Compared to the Black Pearl Hotel (averaging 1000 RMB per person), it's definitely not quite as good, but it's much better than other vegetarian restaurants in temples. Every ingredient was very fresh, although there were some issues, like the watermelon in the complimentary fruit platter being sweet and the blueberries being extremely sour. If you don't want vegetarian food, the surrounding farmhouses are a good option, offering fish, chicken, stir-fries, etc. I randomly picked a few and none were bad. The hotel also arranged various courses, including a healing class and Baduanjin (Eight Pieces of Brocade). Lying in a cabin surrounded by trees and feeling the breeze on a platform by the forest river was a truly therapeutic experience! I stayed for two days and there were still many courses I didn't get to try, so I'll make up for them next time! I'll consider bringing my parents next time.
GGuest UserThe frontdesk personnel are friendly and helpful. A personnel hailed a taxi and helped us with our luggages and assisted my octogenarian father. Breakfast had sufficient spread but regular serving of bacon will be good. It will be most thoughtful when wiping clean the table to not let food remnants on the floor. On checking in, the WC seat (toilet) left signs of a lady guest before us. International socket point is only by the wash basin. I cannot express more about the location - superb! It has a 10th floor deck to view the infamous West Lake. Wished i had managed to watch the dancing water display, apparently only at 7:30 pm for a short while with a packed audience - in that respect, it can be very stifling in a crowd during hot weather. It is also near malls, eateries and night pedestrian walk.
DDoctor JBStaying at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was a wonderful experience. The scenery around the resort was great. Staff was very friendly. Amenities were good. My family and I would love to visit this place again and highly recommend it to our friends.
GGuest UserI’m gonna go ahead and say this is my favorite hotel in HZ and I lived there for 4 years! Super friendly and helpful staff, amazing room, gym and pool! Please give my regards to the super helpful blonde Turkish lady who works at the front desk. She helped me set up WiFi on my phone and helped me store my road bike in concierge! Thank you!!!
