"I love to stay at 全奇 the standard for this brand is really good, clean and nice room, with all you need inside. Bathroom also nice and clean. Very kind staff, let us store our bags there while we had to leave dor another location for a few days. Overall great experience as with every hotel of this brand I have stayed in!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Joya! It’s a beautiful boutique style hotel that brings in the Chinese culture. Located in a one of the most Japanese dominant area in Shanghai. Room are very spacious, great service, lovely intercontinental Chinese morning buffet. The shower area is relatively big, overall a lot spacious compared to other regular rooms. We would definitely stay here again, it’s about 15-20mins drive to most prominent areas. Reception also gave us a little gift upon check out! 🩷"

The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. One of the highlights was the view — whether from the room or the rooftop, it was truly impressive. I also appreciated the amenities: a well-equipped gym, a relaxing pool area, and a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. The location was ideal, close to restaurants, shops, and public transport, which made getting around very convenient. I also liked how quiet the rooms were despite being in a busy area. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

GGuest UserThe room at Pudong Shangri-La was impressively large and very comfortable, making the stay relaxing and pleasant. Visiting during the festive season was a bonus, as the hotel was beautifully decorated with Christmas decorations that added a warm and cheerful atmosphere. The complimentary Chinese dinner at the Osmanthus restaurant was a delightful surprise — the food was delicious and the portions were just right. Breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options catering to different tastes. However, I was quite disappointed by an incident related to hygiene. I witnessed a pastry server dropping a croissant on the floor and then placing it back onto the tray. This was unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. I sincerely hope the hotel will place greater emphasis on food hygiene training for their F&B staff, as everything else about the stay was otherwise excellent.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located near Nanjing pedestrian road, only5-10 mins walk from Mosaic department store. The family room is really big and suitable for big Family of 4-6 people😊 There are lots of plugs in the room. The room is well equipped with all necessary things. The only one point I want to improve is to change some breakfast menu. (I stayed here 3 days , same menu everyday😂) The flushing water in the toilet is not that strong, but it is nice automated toilet! The staffs are very polite and friendly. My family love this hotel so much😍

Despite it being 12am, Jude was incredibly helpful and proactive in assisting me with a parcel that was mistakenly sent to the wrong address. His willingness to help at such a late hour, coupled with his calm and professional attitude, truly reflects the high standards of service associated with Waldorf Astoria. Please extend my heartfelt thanks to Jude — his dedication did not go unnoticed and made a stressful situation much easier to manage. 我想特别表扬 Waldorf Astoria 礼宾部的 Jude。 尽管已是凌晨12点，他仍非常耐心并主动协助我处理寄错地址的包裹，服务专业又贴心。这样的敬业精神让我深受感动，也充分体现了贵酒店一贯的高水准服务。 The other team members in the concierge department also did a helpful job with our baggage. It’s just unfortunate that I can’t have my Meituan food delivery sent by the hotel staff directly to my room. This was inconvenient but I understand the food and hygiene aspects that they uphold. Generally, a pleasant stay with best location. The bund view is just too awesome!

GGuest UserI brought my kids to Haichang Park. The B&B is very close, just over 2 kilometers away. It is very convenient to take a taxi/order takeout/get close to the subway. The B&B facilities are very new, the room is very clean, and the scenery outside the window is great!

The ambiance was exquisite and clean, with a spacious layout and ample seating, suitable for solo dining, small gatherings with friends, or family meals. The soft lighting created a wonderful atmosphere. The ingredients were high-quality and visibly fresh. Each dish was perfectly seasoned, with no disappointments. The presentation was elegant and sophisticated, and the service was consistently fast. The service was a huge plus. They warmly welcomed me and guided me to my seat, proactively refilling my tea and changing my plates throughout. They responded quickly and professionally to any requests.
