The Manager speaks english which is great and he is really helpful. It is also conveniently located near Zhushikou station which happened to be the pickup location for our great wall tour. "Walking through the Hutong to the subway was one of the highlights. Very comfortable room, and excellent staff. They even washed and dried our clothes while we were sightseeing, no extra charge?! We enjoyed staying a bit off the main streets as it was quiet and restful after the crowds. Great value!"

"Good accommodation within the Hutong of Qianmen. Accommodation in Beijing these days is not cheap, so at 259 quai per night, this hotel is one of the best in terms of cost. Although not new, the quality of furnishings is OK and range of amenities acceptable. There was more space than anticipated and overall the room standard exceeded expectations. Hot water in winter? No problem. Response time is quick. Room service ? Very efficient. The bathroom has thick towels of a good quality and floor mats, replaced each day Bedside light controls and electric sockets? Exactly where you want them. The location is great - on Dashilar lane west side and 5 minutes walk to Qianmen metro, Qianmen pedestrian street, and 19 minutes to Tian 'anmen entrance Recommend to stay and I would book again if available!"

"Amazing hotel in Beijing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Reception is open 24/7. There is tea, milk and even soy milk available at the reception. The room is well decorated and clean. The commodities are great: washing machine and dryer, a very nice outdoor area (very quiet). The neighbourhood is really cute and there are many food options around."

"The whole room is renovated from a small courtyard house and is located in an alley in the downtown area. It is very quiet at night and there is a sense of tranquility when walking through the long alley. The room was very clean and not noisy at night, and there was no problem with poor sound insulation as other residents had mentioned. The location is especially good, and it is within walking distance of Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and the National Museum. It is very suitable for sleeping in the morning until you wake up naturally and then strolling to the attractions! The sister at the front desk is very nice and enthusiastic! So it must be praised! ! I will recommend it to my friends next time."
