Hotels near Mage Music Diner, Chiayi City

Thanks to Maison De Chine, Chiayi, for an excellent four-night stay. The service was impeccable from the moment we arrived, with thoughtful touches like complimentary snacks, drinks, wine in the afternoons, and even warm porridge in the evening. Our room was clean, spacious, and felt brand new—highly recommended for anyone visiting Chiayi. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Chiayi is a quiet town on the edge of alishan mountains, as such there are not many major shops and eateries around. South Urban is a luxurious hotel standing in the middle of the quiet town. The popular food and night market are within 15min walking distance from the hotel (there is u-bike stand just opposite the hotel, but there were no bikes available when we headed out in the evening). The hotel staff were generally friendly, but there are not many amenities available to guests. There were only hair dryer and bedroom slippers available. The hotel did provide two bottles of water, and there is a water dispenser at the lobby if guests need more water. Other tourist attractions within 20-30 minutes walk around are prison, Hiroki village, railway park.

Around 500 m from the TRA Chiayi front exit, the staff are friendly and kind. The room is big enough for two people and their luggage. The lobby smells good; there is a small café in the lobby. The bathroom is a separate wet and dry area. A hairdryer is in the room, and the toilet is an automatic bidet. The bed is comfortable, and the pillows are soft for sleeping well. We were able to leave our luggage after checking out because of my Alishan itinerary.

The location is very convenient! It is very convenient to go to the train station, famous shops, and night markets! It is within walking distance! The hotel provides free bicycles! Also, if you arrive early, you can store your luggage! The hotel also provides a piano! Free breakfast! Although the hotel looks old inside, the room is very spacious! There is also a big bathtub 🛁! Family Mart is opposite the hotel, which is very convenient!I like hotel Free breakfast , very local style .

I wish we could have more time to spend in Chiayi so that we can stay longer in this hostel. My kids enjoyed the room and loved our stay in An Lan Jie. The family room is spacious, clean and has all the amenities we needed. Thank you An Lan Jie, hope we can come visit again next time.

We stayed 2 nights at Chiayi Hotel. The receptionist was helpful when we arrived at night. The parking space for cars is two blocks away and we had to walk for a while but that’s wasn’t a big deal. The hotel is about 800m to the train station or 15 mins by walking. The breakfast was okay. We opted for vegetarian meals. All in all, we would love to stay here again if we ever come back to Chiayi

It is about 30mins of bus ride from Hsr to the hotel! It has a hsr free shuttle bus upon showing your ticket! There is a lot to do in the vicinity!

Customer service good and friendly, environment quiet, breakfast for me is ok.

Located very near to the TRA train station. Service was fine; they didn’t clear the rubbish or clean up the room every day. There is a water cooler at lvl 2 to fill up water bottle.
