"I have booked room with breakfast andspa access for 5 nights. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was truly impressed by the overall experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with daily housekeeping that made the room feel fresh every day. The hair dryer provided was a high-quality Refa brand, and all the amenities such as soap, shampoo, and conditioner were excellent. The skincare set for women was especially impressive—I really loved using it. The hotel also provided comfortable pajamas that were changed daily, which meant I hardly needed to bring many personal items with me. The public onsen experience was outstanding and very relaxing. Overall, it was a memorable stay and I was genuinely impressed. Highly recommended."

"Well this is my fifth time staying in this hotel (7 nights stay for this visit), i love the location and the breakfast, including the helpful front desk staff, however 1 thing i noticed that requires improvement is the housekeeping crew. The bins are placed properly and toilet paper roll is left on the floor inside the bedroom, also that the dust needs to be cleaned right? We have only requested for 3 room make-up services as part of the effort to go green, yet the service provided is far from expectation comparing to all my previous stay in this hotel. Kindly work on that as improvement."

"The hotel has a good location, approximately 400 meters from JR Sapporo Station. The room is spacious enough, clean, and comfortable. Facilities are quite good and suitable for a pleasant stay. There is a convenience store located on the ground floor, which is very convenient."

"A beautiful hotel with a spacious room. We stayed at the South wing and the room was clean, modern and big for Japanese standards. The shower area and toilet are not separated though. The onsen was big.The closest metro station is the Odori Station. If you are feeling cold, you could use Sapporo Sosei Square (beside the hotel) to connect to the metro station."
