The location is convenient for visiting Odori Park and Tanukikoji Shopping Street. The room was also very clean. The front desk staff were very friendly. Overall, I was very satisfied.

*5/5 stars* I'm thoroughly impressed with our recent stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch - I mean, no dust on the windows? That's dedication! The staff's attention to detail was also impressive, with fresh towels delivered to our room every single day. We appreciated the ample supply of bath towels and face towels, too! The hotel's amenities were great, including the free coffee and tea in the pantry, which was a lovely touch. Ice is also free. We also appreciated being able to use the pantry to enjoy our takeout. The elevator was speedy, and the Sapporo TV tower view from our room was a highlight for the kids! The location was perfect, with Odori Station just steps away and an amazing miso ramen shop right beside the hotel. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the heated toilet seat was a nice touch. The air conditioner was quiet, which was a bonus. However, there were a few areas for improvement. The room wasn't cleaned daily, and the lighting could be brighter. The laundry soap in the washing machine didn't leave a pleasant scent on our clothes - it actually made them smell a bit off. We appreciated being able to check the washing machine timer on the TV, though. Despite these minor issues, we'd still recommend this hotel to others. The positives far outweigh the negatives, and we'd definitely consider staying here again. I had a queen bed room .. Pretty comfortable for 1pp. I saw their supervisors always moving and checking around. They even cleared the snow at the entrance. Room msking is 3 days once routine but towels is change daily. I think they out source the cleaning. Saw the bedsheets delivery. Nicely wrapped. I used the coin operated laundry, easy. 2hrs. ¥600. The sauna is booking only but I was alone. Enjoyed it. Simple but comfortable. Aeon is next door. Station is 2 mins walk. Local Shopping nearby. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Love it. There is is fruit/vegetables Store opposite. I bought the strawberries 3 times. It will be good to have a chair or two around the reception or entrance. Easier to wear my cleat .oR waiting .

This Hotel is so awesome and will recommend for anyone who wants to enjoy luxury and privacy. Stayed for 5 nights. It is so clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. They even made your birthday special when they came to know about it by placing gifts in your room. Breakfast is awesome, please book it. Walking distance to susukino the shopping and FnB belt of Sapporo. Beautiful view. Room was spacious and bathroom was so spacious and convenient with all amenities. Shuttle bus to sapporo station is there and buses available infront of the hotel. No regrets very satisfied.

Room was decently sized, however very dark. Needs more lights. Overall a good stay

I have continued to stay at this hotel continuously for 5 nights! That is how comfy they made me feel. Excellent service. I have made another booking and requested for the same room so I don't have to move and they have arranged it.Book for breakfast this time. A simple breakfast doesn't expect too much but is good enough to eat and start the journey of the day! Daily cleaning for towel changing and replenishing some items. Sheet changing will only apply for 3 days stay and above.

We are very satisfied and comfortable stay 6nights at this hotel；It's nearby jr station, convenient shop & restaurants, we will choose stay here again next time because reasonable price and provided coffee/tea bag/facial cleanser/toner/cream/etc....

One of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in Japan. Just be very very careful in pinning the map. We were brought miles away from Sapporo in the middle night and nowhere to seek help. We reached the hotel at dawn already, tired and weak, scared. It was a terrible experience but the hotel is good. We got no help from the staff. The view from the hotel is perfect. Everything is nearby the hotel.

Very convenient location to visit Nijo Market, Odori Park and Tanukikoji Shopping St. Great Ramen Alley within 5 min walk. Next to Susukino station and just 2 min walk from one of the pick up points for the Sapporo to Niseko coach. Quiet and clean with amenities for guests in the lobby to self-collect.
