Located near the canal, street shopping streets and after galleries. Hotel is clean, with sufficient toiletries provided. Early check in is not available but the staff keeps your luggages safely. Recommended.

The location is convenient for visiting Odori Park and Tanukikoji Shopping Street. The room was also very clean. The front desk staff were very friendly. Overall, I was very satisfied.

We stayed for 4 nights at this hotel in early November 2025. Overall we are pleased with the cleanliness, service and location of this hotel. Buffet breakfast was excellent too.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel in Sapporo. The location is very central and near many amenities. Staff provided good service and check in is easy.

JR Inn is conveniently located around 5 to 10mins walk from nearest JR Sapporo entrance. They provide complimentary breakfast, mainly breads, pastry, yogurt, pudding and coffee. We stayed on the 10th floor with a clear view of the train tracks below. Enjoyed watching train passing by daily. If it is noisy to you, they have sound proof window slider that can help reduce the train noise. But the train sounds does not bother me at all!

*5/5 stars* I'm thoroughly impressed with our recent stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch - I mean, no dust on the windows? That's dedication! The staff's attention to detail was also impressive, with fresh towels delivered to our room every single day. We appreciated the ample supply of bath towels and face towels, too! The hotel's amenities were great, including the free coffee and tea in the pantry, which was a lovely touch. Ice is also free. We also appreciated being able to use the pantry to enjoy our takeout. The elevator was speedy, and the Sapporo TV tower view from our room was a highlight for the kids! The location was perfect, with Odori Station just steps away and an amazing miso ramen shop right beside the hotel. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the heated toilet seat was a nice touch. The air conditioner was quiet, which was a bonus. However, there were a few areas for improvement. The room wasn't cleaned daily, and the lighting could be brighter. The laundry soap in the washing machine didn't leave a pleasant scent on our clothes - it actually made them smell a bit off. We appreciated being able to check the washing machine timer on the TV, though. Despite these minor issues, we'd still recommend this hotel to others. The positives far outweigh the negatives, and we'd definitely consider staying here again. Well this is my fifth time staying in this hotel (7 nights stay for this visit), i love the location and the breakfast, including the helpful front desk staff, however 1 thing i noticed that requires improvement is the housekeeping crew. The bins are placed properly and toilet paper roll is left on the floor inside the bedroom, also that the dust needs to be cleaned right? We have only requested for 3 room make-up services as part of the effort to go green, yet the service provided is far from expectation comparing to all my previous stay in this hotel. Kindly work on that as improvement.

This is the best hotel in sapporo and really close to subway. Room is super clean and receptionist speak english super nice. They’re really professional. I came here during winter season and view was amazing. I will book this hotel again when I come to sapporo! Another good experience, i could said that the room is smell good compared to others hotel in sapporo, im quite sensitive with smell 😅 but they room is nice and clean and quite big.

We are very satisfied and comfortable stay 6nights at this hotel；It's nearby jr station, convenient shop & restaurants, we will choose stay here again next time because reasonable price and provided coffee/tea bag/facial cleanser/toner/cream/etc....
