What struck us the most was the kindest customer service and professionalism that the team and especially Peach have provided us. The ability to communicate and be understood is invaluable especially when one is travelling. We will return again in the near future. I chose this hotel for my family because the room was spacious, which was very important to us as we wanted our child to have enough space to move around comfortably. The hotel is new and very clean, exactly as we expected. The complimentary drinks for all guests were a lovely touch. There was a good variety of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, along with popcorn, which made us feel very welcomed. What impressed me the most, however, was how considerate and helpful the staff were. We checked out very early at 6:00 am during a snowstorm. In the middle of our journey, I realized that I had left one of my bags behind—the one containing my passport and valuable items. I immediately called the hotel and asked if it would be possible to send the bag to the airport, as returning to the hotel ourselves would definitely cause us to miss our flight. The receptionist (I’m very sorry that I can’t remember her name) took my situation very seriously and contacted her manager to request authorization to delegate a staff member to bring my passport to the airport, since they could not leave an unattended bag in a taxi. I had offered to cover all expenses, but what truly stood out was their willingness to help without hesitation. Ms. Wu was the staff member who personally brought my passport to the airport. With her honesty, urgency, and care, I honestly don’t know how I would have made it back to my hometown. I cannot thank her and the hotel team enough for what they did for us. I truly believe I made the right choice staying here, and I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit.

Very good location with lots of eateries such as ramen street, Tanukikoji Shopping Street and Sapporo Underground Shopping Malls – Aurora Town & Pole Town. Train station Susukino station is just below the hotel. You can walk underground from the hotel’s Susukino station to Sapporo station in about 10 minutes if you do not wish to take the train (210 yen) Trains are easily accessible to and from CTS airport with elevators or lifts(unlike certain stations in Tokyo). Highly recommend this new and modern hotel that comes along with good staff service and coffee/tea.

The hotel has a good location, approximately 400 meters from JR Sapporo Station. The room is spacious enough, clean, and comfortable. Facilities are quite good and suitable for a pleasant stay. There is a convenience store located on the ground floor, which is very convenient.

The Hotel is located near to the train station, easy access to central area, the room is very specious, clean, and very comfy to stay. I did have breakfast, and it was very delicious.

Nice Onsen resort and we like the private Onsen inside the room. The room is huge but it will be great if it has international channels or even Netflix or YouTube. It provides transport to Sapporo so that is great. Nice free drinks and snacks at night.

We stayed in a nice big family room for 4 which actually can accommodate 6 guests. Recommend for bigger families. The view from our room is amazing during a clear snowy morning… but the Sapporo experience is even better during a snowy winter night! Highly recommended for anyone who wants to be close to Susukino, Odori Park and Tanukikoji Shopping Street. Everything is close by but not too crowded and noisy. 👍👍👍

The hotel staff is polite and friendly thier place is excellent clean and safe especially thier spa will recommend to friends if they are travelling to sapporo.
