ZZaine EunjoWe truly enjoyed my stay at PARK ROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The location is fantastic and made everything so convenient for us, whether it was shopping, exploring, or just getting around the city.
What really made the stay special was the wonderful service from the entire team. The door staff greeted us with warm smiles, the front desk handled our check-in smoothly and kindly, and the buffet staff were always friendly and attentive. Everyone we met made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay.
Our room was spacious, spotless and very well maintained. Housekeeping did an amazing job everything was clean, neat, and thoughtfully prepared. It really made us feel relaxed and at home. The level of cleanliness was excellent and definitely stood out.
We also enjoyed the food, which had a nice variety and was very satisfying. Overall, the experience felt pleasant, comfortable, and welcoming in every way.
Thank you to the whole team for such a lovely stay. We left with great memories and would happily return again in the future.

All the staffs are super friendly, especially housekeeping staff who try their best to fulfil our requests. 4 nights at Imperial lexis is definitely the best choice I made for this trip!

SSaiiiizFor this Kuala Lumpur trip, we chose to stay at Vortex Suite KLCC, and I must say it was absolutely the right decision
The room was very clean and well-organized, with all the necessary amenities. It was perfect for both relaxing and taking photos. The view from the room was amazing, especially at night when you can see the city lights—such a romantic atmosphere
The location is also excellent, very close to KLCC and many key attractions. It’s super convenient to get around, whether you want to eat, explore, or go shopping—no long travel needed at all.
What made this stay even more impressive was the care from Alum 🙏
From before check-in until the day we checked out, Alum was always there to assist us. Quick responses, clear information, and very helpful with everything—from check-in instructions to travel tips—everything went smoothly and stress-free.
It really felt like someone was taking care of us throughout the whole trip, which made the experience even more enjoyable
If you’re looking for a place to stay in Kuala Lumpur that is clean, well-located, has a great view, and comes with attentive service, I highly recommend this place 👍
I will definitely come back to stay at Vortex Suite KLCC again next time.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is not exactly in the city center of Kuala Lumpur, but more towards the outskirts.
One downside is that the hotel does not provide its own parking. Guests have to use public or open-air parking, which costs a flat rate of RM10.30.
The room is quite small, although the bed is comfortable and it comes with a sofa. However, due to the limited space, it’s quite easy to bump into things and hurt your feet
The biggest issue was the lack of soundproofing. Noise from other guests was very noticeable—people talking loudly and doors being slammed could be clearly heard. If you are a light sleeper, this might be something to consider before booking.

NNatoil4luglioI booked the north part and when I checked in the room felt dump and facing north with no sun. Then I changed to a different one (which was a lower tier than the one I booked in term of size but with better view) and it was nice as facing south and the towers. The windows are dirty tho and for the love of god remove the carpet and use a wooden floor. Nice roof terrace on the south part of the hotel.

Room was super clean, spacious, and comfy. Loved that they have everything: pool,parking space,gym and most important they have many facilities there which is 7eleven,KK mart,zuss coffee and restaurant .
Location also good just 15min go to Bukit Bintang and KLCC
Staff were friendly too. Worth every ringgit. Will definitely come back!

When it comes to dining, there is absolutely no need to worry at all, The area surrounding Floresta Hotel is teeming with a diverse array of food stores, local eateries and cozy restaurants, offering an extensive selection of delicious cuisines to suit all tastes. Whether you’re craving authentic local Malaysian flavors, quick and tasty snacks, or more substantial meals, you’ll find plenty of wonderful dining options just a short walk away. You will never regret choosing this hotel for its fantastic dining surroundings. (By the way Floresta do have their own Cafe restaurant at 1st floor)
All in all, every aspect of my stay at Floresta Hotel was perfect. The unrivaled location, convenient transportation and abundant dining choices combine to create a truly wonderful living experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!
