"Overall good hotel, good location reasonable price would certainly come back! Pro: Well maintained room, good AC, comfortable bedding, strong shower; all basic amenities provided. Good room insulation also, very quite despite facing a highway... Only cons is the rooftop pool which is surrounded by too noisy AC motors and no pool towels are provided by hotel, so very unpleasant experience! However you can go up once just to look at SG skyline, quite nice view!"

"The location is good, in the middle of MRT Dhoby Ghaut and Somerset. Breakfast costs SGD25 per person but seems normal for the food. Room is clean and concise, suitable for family trip."

"the reception desk staff were polite and helpful. The bar was very nice, and the interior design was interesting and stylish. I especially liked the soft, patterned carpet inside the elevator — it felt very comfortable and left a good impression. One downside was that the window in the room could not be opened, which made the room feel a bit dark. Also, there was no gym, but aside from that, I was satisfied with everything else. I liked that the hair dryer was not too loud, and the location was also very convenient and pleasant. The taxi pick-up zone was quite far from the hotel, which was difficult for me as I was carrying heavy luggage."

Loved it that the location was very convenient to access the malls nearby, to get food and to get some shopping done just a short walk from our room The staff at the hotel were very welcoming which made the stay even more enjoyable The swimming pool didn't look like much though, but the gym was well equipped and spacious Would definitely consider Hilton Orchard Singapore for another stay"

"I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The location is absolutely fantastic – just one street away from a station that connects to 3 different MRT lines, which made getting around Singapore incredibly convenient. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was impressive. We were greeted with a welcome drink (I think it was oolong tea), which was a nice touch. Check-in was quick and smooth, though there was a small hiccup at the start – nothing major, and the staff sorted it out right away. The room itself really impressed me. It has this lovely Japanese Muji vibe – clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. I appreciated the little details, like how they provided an umbrella in the room (they clearly know Singapore's weather can be unpredictable!). The customer service was excellent. One evening, I requested additional water bottles after working hours, and they sent it up immediately – via a cute delivery robot! It's these little touches that really make a difference. If I had to mention one downside, it would be the soundproofing. I could hear some soft snoring from the next room late at night. Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel. The location, service, and room quality make it a great choice for anyone visiting Singapore."

"My kid's favourite hotel for staycation! Receive a complimentary upgrade n it fits us family of 4 perfectly! And just outside their level 1 cafe, there is a 24/7 halal hotfood vending machine. On top of that, the pool is perfect for kids. They have big pool n jacuzzi for 0.85m children. Corridor smells awesomely good, n their shampoo soap the bomb! Downside, if only their breakfast buffet spread is halal concept n took out the bacon n ham slices, I'm sure u will attract a lot more visitors. For everything else, I'll give a 10/10"

"The location is excellent and very convenient. Everything is nearby, including shops, restaurants, and public transportation, which made moving around extremely easy. The price is very affordable, especially considering the quality of the service and cleanliness, so it offers great value for money. The place is very clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels fresh and comfortable with a pleasant, nice smell throughout the property. The staff are exceptionally friendly, polite, and helpful, always greeting guests with a warm smile and making sure we felt welcome. What made my stay even more special was the birthday surprise. The staff kindly prepared a free birthday meal, ice cream, and even brought out a delicious cake with candles, which was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. It truly made my day and showed how much they care about their guests. Another fun and unique feature was the robots, which were very interesting and added a modern, enjoyable touch to the experience. Overall, the service was outstanding, the environment was comfortable, and the hospitality exceeded my expectations. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this place to others."

"Booked family rooms and it was the best decision i made for a staycation with kids. As we arrived, the bell hop attentively approached us and took our luggage. We checked in earlier at 12pm as the room was available. Here are some points abt the room amenities i feel are worth paying for. Spacious rooms ard 42 sm Bunk bed for kids King bed Work station Lounge chairs n side table Balcony Spacious toilet with Bath tub 2 toilet bowl 👻 Rain shower with attached shower head Filtered water point 55” tv screen Conveniently located at Somerset orchard area It's ard 10 mins slow walk to orchard central Managed to check out at 1pm upon approval for our next hotel check in."

"Good location. 3-5min walk from the metro station. Room was pretty small but super clean. James at the front desk was friendly and helped us out with an early check-in and also gave us a late check out. We were able to store our bags after checking out since we didn’t fly out until later. The pool area is very spacious! I found it a bit strange there was so much space and not very many pool-lounge-chairs out. Over all good hotel and fair price. I would stay here again."
