Nice hotel well located near the center but still in a quiet area. The staff were really welcoming, friendly and professional. The breakfast was good with a wide choice of Asian and western style food. Overall, really satisfied with my stay I would recommend it to friends and family.

Highly recommended!! A great, affordable place on Cat Ba Island. From what we've seen, it's hard to find something like this in Vietnam!!! Gem, the owner, is incredibly hospitable, always with a smile. From the day we booked, she contacted us to find out our arrival time and if we needed anything (she even offered transportation to pick us up from our previous hotel in Ha Long and drop us off at the door of the Napoli). She has everything ready so you can organize your trip from her ”command center”: motorbike rentals, laundry service, different tours around the island, and breakfast with various menus, all accompanied by drinks and fruit. She can also arrange transportation to your next destination... All at a good price. The rooms are just like in the photos, and the linens and towels are clean. There are basic amenities, as well as coffee, tea, and water. There's a refrigerator and hot water. If we return to Cat Ba, we'll definitely stay at the Napoli again!!

Even the hotel was well maintained and everything was quite new, the location is a bit far away (you can rent bikes on the hotel, for a very reasonable price) Since it was tet festival in Vietnam, the breakfast was limited, the woman didn’t speak English, but she was very nice!

Great hotel. We felt very good there. Location is awesome. Beds are a bit too hard, but the room is nice anyways. Breakfast is from 7-9 am which was too early for us. 😅 Bit downside. But all in all definitely would recommend the hotel.

GGuest UserThe experience of staying here a month ago was very good, so this time I still prioritized choosing to stay here. Unfortunately, out of the 4-day accommodation, I encountered 2 days of unpleasant experiences. Actually, this hotel's hardware and renovation facilities are top-tier in Hai Phong, which is also the hotel's strength. However, I believe the hotel's core value lies in guests experiencing professional hospitality from service staff (including verbal respect and the ability to recognize whether someone is a guest). The hotel lobby service staff, as frontline personnel, need to work harder to improve. Otherwise, having guests' accommodation experience affected by service staff's inappropriate words and actions is truly counterproductive and wastes such excellent hardware. I hope the hotel can make improvements.
This definitely affects guests' choice for their next stay and their recommendations to friends.

PPhongTruongReally recommended this hotel for solo or foreigners. This hotel is new and the facilities are very good, they have pool and restaurant too. This is my first experience staying at dorm room and is better than I thought, I have a large, private space and the bed and curtains are clean. Just remind you to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, or bring your own shampoo because their's same as other hotel, not so good. Anyway, cant not demand too much for a price like that. Next time to Cat Ba I definitely come back here.

GGuest UserWe needed somewhere for 24 hours, so we took a full-board option. Mistake! We were offered the same menu twice in the same day. The first time round our food came all at once so we could share, which was nice, and we drank only bottled water. In the evening, a similar thing happened, but the staff didn’t clear away the plates before we had fruit so the table was cluttered. We also asked for a bottle of water, but didn’t get one until my partner went to ask for it. As we were the only two guests in a huge dining room, this didn’t bode well. Breakfast was good and B and B would have been a much better option. The hotel itself is okay, and as it was winter it was empty, and we like it quiet so that wasn’t a problem for us. The AC in the bedroom didn’t get below 21 degrees in the night even though I set it to 19. We paid extra for a sea view but the small balcony was cluttered with plants and had no furniture on it. We weren’t asked if we had a nice sleep etc etc. Some staff members were okay, but many seemed totally complacent. Shame.

GGuest UserAnother great stay at the Wink hotel. Staff are phenomenal and very welcome and warm. A joy to be around as they make you feel at home. Definitely 5 star service from all members of the hotel staff. Had the opportunity to meet one of the managers of that location and he is very easy to talk to and very informative. Would definitely recommend this hotel in the future to anybody travelling to Vietnam Hai Phong.

The rooms are bright, thoughtfully laid out, and impeccably clean; little details—good water pressure, comfortably firm mattresses, and reliable Wi-Fi—made it effortless to settle in after a day out.
Service is where the hotel truly shines. Staff were warm without being overbearing, quick with local tips, and genuinely proactive—everything from a smooth check-in to helping with rides and recommendations felt easy and human. Public spaces are tidy and modern, and the overall vibe is understated—more “well-curated haven” than flashy boutique, which I loved. SShardaleI needed a place to stay when the ferries closed due to a typhoon and this was a neat spot to find on short notice. The comment I am making is based on the amount of money being paid for Vietnamese standards so the room has everything you need and the bed is comfortable, however I felt the blanket was quite thin. The menu for food was only in Vietnamese. There are snacks and drinks in the room that are cheap, but I was hesitant on the bottled water when I had seen it was opened already and I wondered if it was just refilled instead of being a new bottle? The reception staff were very kind, helpful and lovely to speak with. The breakfast was small in variety and the English Breakfast I got was what I feel a way to save costs by giving ham instead of bacon? Again only due to the price being paid did I expect something of better quality in some regards. However I am grateful for a place to stay when I was stuck. There are restaurants nearby, a very good western bar with good food and lovely local vietnamese seafood spots. It is in walking distance to the beach.

秉秉翰Pay attention to the counter staff, obviously already booked and issued tickets, when you arrive at the on-site counter, you will say that you have to pay once you see the order, and you have insisted on more than 10.
It took a minute to say that I saw the order, but I didn’t pay or you have to pay once. I was deadlocked over there and ignored her. I finally said I saw it.
But the order is all written on it. I still pretend to die. I don’t want to admit that I have always wanted to pay again on the spot. As long as there is a ticket, I will insist on not giving up. The other party can’t get it. I can only say that the counter staff wants to kill 2 times. The feeling is really bad.
I will choose another home next time.
