"First off, the hotel's location is unbeatable. Being on Guanqian Street makes it super convenient to get to all of Suzhou's main attractions. We were able to walk to famous historic restaurants like Deyuelou and Songhelou for our two dinner meals. The service was also impeccable. Tina contacted us before check-in to do a pre-visit and provided a travel guide. The concierge and front desk staff were all warm, polite, and proactive in their service. The breakfast was quite good too. The only minor drawbacks, perhaps due to it being an older hotel that's been renovated, are the rather slow elevators and the exposed black waterproofing on the rooftop outside our window. Additionally, the soundproofing was a bit awkward; we could clearly hear footsteps and conversations from upstairs and outside. Thankfully, the hotel provided earplugs. Overall, it's a decent option for a short business trip."
