JJackyjackI stayed at Atour Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, very clean, and well maintained. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. You can easily walk to the Old Town directly from the back of the hotel, which makes sightseeing extremely convenient. It’s perfect for exploring the area on foot and enjoying the local atmosphere. Although the hotel is a bit far from the metro station, it wasn’t an issue for us since we mainly used Didi for transportation, which was very convenient and saved a lot of time. I also loved the cozy library corner and the complimentary coffee area, which made the hotel feel warm and relaxing. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

GGuest UserThe Castle Hotel's exterior truly lives up to its name – it's a grand castle perched halfway up a hill, offering unbeatable views. I booked a sea-view balcony room, and the balcony overlooked the cross-sea bridge. The scenery, from the daytime ocean views to the stunning night lights of Xinghai Square, was absolutely breathtaking and spectacular! The hotel's decor has a European vintage luxury style, perfect for girls; my daughter loved it and felt like a little princess staying there. **Amenities:** The toiletries were Brydo, and they smelled wonderful. The only slight drawback was that the overhead shower seemed to have a problem with a very dispersed spray, though the handheld shower worked fine. **Service:** The service was incredibly thoughtful and warm. We arrived at the hotel around 9:00 AM, and to our surprise, they were able to arrange an early check-in for us! For anyone who wakes up early to catch an early flight, this couldn't have been more considerate! I had originally prepared to get ready in the hotel restroom, but being able to access our room early meant we could leisurely get ready before heading out to explore. This instantly boosted my impression of the hotel. Throughout our stay, service requests were handled promptly; room service would deliver whatever we needed within about 5 minutes of calling. The butler, front desk, and room service staff were all very attentive. We didn't book breakfast this time, but even our takeout was delivered by a robot, which was very convenient. Overall, this was an excellent experience. Both the environment and the service left us extremely satisfied. We'll definitely choose The Castle Hotel again on our next visit!

GGuest UserAn unexpectedly great stay! The room was spacious and bright when we walked in, and you can't beat the feeling of sitting by the window, sipping tea, and watching the sea. I was worried it might be cold in Dalian in winter, but the heating in the room was excellent. The only thing is, the wind by the sea in Dalian is incredibly strong in winter, so it was a bit chilly right by the window. The staff (a young lady) had excellent service. We arrived a little after 12 PM, and since there was a clean room available, she let us check in early. When we asked for an extra quilt later, it was brought over right away. There are so many great food options nearby! Dingxi Sea Urchin Dumplings, Nanshan Fresh Shrimp Noodles, and Well Well American Restaurant were all delicious. It's only a five-minute walk to the beach, which is a perfect spot for feeding seagulls. All in all, we got a sea-view room for five days and four nights for the price of one night during peak season – amazing value for money!

AAnonymous UserMy trip to Dalian was centered around Hard Rock, and more specifically, acquiring pins from the Rock Shop. During check-in, the receptionist was incredibly enthusiastic. Her service had a certain straightforward, welcoming 'Northern style' that was quite refreshing. The room had a small balcony, but I barely noticed it; I dropped my bags and made a beeline for the Rock Shop, as that was the main event. It was just past peak season, so it wasn't crowded. I went straight to the pin display case. When I was taking photos, the staff member thoughtfully opened the case for me, allowing me a clearer view of all the current season's pins. This small gesture instantly revealed he was a fellow collector, truly understanding the mindset of an enthusiast. Upon learning I was particularly fond of the Core Icon series, the staff member immediately brought out some 'store reserves' from the back, which included the Dalian Core Icon and an opening day pin. These were technically not for sale, but noticing there were two Core Icons, I cheekily pleaded with him to let me have one. After navigating several internal approvals, my new friend went out of his way to make an exception for me, and I finally got my wish! The Hard Rock pin collecting community is incredibly small, and we even discovered we had mutual friends when we chatted! So when he said, '成人之美' – essentially, 'it's a pleasure to help someone achieve their desire' – it perfectly captured the mutual respect and camaraderie that runs through our small community of collectors. My heartfelt thanks! If you're a fellow pin enthusiast, you absolutely must come and check it out, and have a chat with the store manager in person. That's where true passion and dedication truly shine. Oh, and remember the manager's name – Rock Shop Michael Jackson!

It's an excellent choice for business travel, and my entire stay was incredibly comfortable. I have to give it full marks! As soon as I arrived at the hotel entrance, a staff member proactively came forward to help with my luggage. Lisa, the guest relations manager, handled my check-in incredibly fast. Her attitude was gentle and professional, patiently answering all my questions about local transportation and hotel facilities. She even thoughtfully reminded me about breakfast times and elevator locations and even proactively thought about invoicing for me. She frequently checked in during my stay, which was very heartwarming! The room was spacious and bright, with a simple and clean decor and no strange odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable; after a day of business travel, lying down instantly relieved my fatigue, and I slept exceptionally well. All the room facilities were excellent; the high-speed internet was very stable, and I had no issues handling work documents or video conferences. The desk was spacious and tidy, making it very convenient for working. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the toiletries were of good quality! The hotel hallways were quiet and clean, with no noisy disturbances. Breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection, including both Chinese and Western options. The ingredients were fresh, and the food was delicious, satisfying various tastes. Starting the day with a good meal was incredibly energizing. The hotel's location is also excellent, with convenient transportation nearby and close proximity to where I needed to conduct business. It was very easy to get around. There are also plenty of surrounding supermarkets and restaurants, meeting all my daily needs. The check-out process was also very smooth, with no delays whatsoever. Lisa bid me a warm farewell; the service was attentive throughout. For someone who frequently travels for business, this hotel is truly hassle-free. The environment, service, and facilities are all impeccable. The next time I'm on a business trip here, this will definitely be my first choice!

TTata WattAbsolutely worth every penny! I can sum up my stay in one word: exceptional value. The room was very spacious with a million-dollar view, all at a very friendly price. There is a washing machine in the room, and hot water was not an issue at all during winter. Just a small tip: avoid showering while the washing machine is running, as it seems to draw the hot water away. At first, I thought there was a food warmer or stove, but this room does not have one. However, the staff kindly allowed us to use the microwave at the office. The host was incredibly helpful and always replied very quickly on WeChat — so fast that I honestly wondered if they ever slept! 😄 The bedding was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was smooth and flexible; we could easily request cleaning or refills on the days we needed them. If there is one area for improvement, I would suggest renovating some details, such as repainting areas where the paint is peeling and re-sealing the sink edges and other parts of the bathroom. There was a slight cigarette smell in the room, but it really depends on how sensitive you are. For us, opening the window for ventilation or using a spray solved the issue easily. Some noise from other areas was noticeable, as there is a gym on the same floor, and during our stay it was New Year’s, so there were some party noises. That said, this can happen anywhere and is not something the property can fully control. Getting there was easy — we took a taxi directly to the hotel address. Check-in is on the 23rd floor, Room 19, where they provide the room number and access code. Wi-Fi is available, and only a passport is needed for registration. For check-out, simply notify them via WeChat. Around the hotel, there are a few small local eateries within walking distance, though we did not notice a convenience store nearby. Overall, I would rate this place excellent. I’m not judging it by hotel star standards, but by value for money — and what we received was far beyond what we paid for. Highly recommended!

Dongbangsuseong Fortress is about a 10-minute walk away, making it a great place to enjoy the night view every day. The owners are friendly and the place is clean, so I highly recommend it.

GGuest UserI originally booked a king-size bed room without windows, but when I checked in, the front desk lady upgraded me to a family room for free. It has an extra-large double bed and a single bed. The room is large and well decorated. It is very close to Xi'an Road subway station. The price/performance ratio is great. I will stay here again next time. I highly recommend it.

JJazz~I liked this hotel , had all the basic amenities and services. The hotel is located only 5 mins away from Zhongshan square , the nearest metro station is line 2 exit D1 about 3 mins walk. Very Peaceful and friendly staff. Hotel has a mini bar and a mini mart on its ground floor. Friendship center is about 8 mins walk from the hotel. Overall affordable for students and solo travelers.
