"The most satisfying part of my trip to Suzhou was staying at Front Hall Back Yard B&B! It's right in the heart of the Pingjiang Road scenic area, and as soon as you step out, you're greeted by canals, bridges, and gondolas. The room was clean and comfortable, but my favorite spot was the balcony – sitting there with a cup of tea, watching the river, truly captured the essence of Jiangnan. It was also incredibly convenient to walk to the Humble Administrator's Garden and the Suzhou Museum. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Suzhou!"

"I am definitely a frequent traveler/stayer/eater, and I have experienced many high-end hotels/boutique B&Bs/boutique restaurants. But this time I want to say: This boutique B&B (inn) is worth my recommendation.
1. The owner of the inn is a famous Suzhou garden designer, so the taste and foundation of the inn are very good.
2. The male and female managers have a good hobby and cultivation of tea art/meditation and meditation, which adds a lot of added value and fun to the inn.
3. In addition to the good breakfast included in the inn, the inn owner will also invite customers to join their private lunch and dinner, which is very authentic Hunan cuisine, which is simply a unique and exquisite dish in Tongli.
4. Warm and warm service and feeling.
. . .
Of course, other routine services are also very good, so I won’t say more.
In short, recommended!"

"My friend drove me here, and we stayed for one night.
**Service:** Very friendly and welcoming.
**Room Amenities:** Well-equipped and comprehensive.
**Breakfast:** At RMB 88 per person, it felt a bit pricey. While it offered both Chinese and Western options, the selection wasn't extensive. I particularly enjoyed the noodles with their toppings and the bread with bacon. However, I wasn't a fan of the *shaomai* or dumplings. Coffee, tea, soy milk, and milk were available.
**WiFi:** Strong signal.
**Bed:** Comfortable.
**Restaurant:** Offers both Western and Chinese cuisine. Note that ordering takeaway food to the hotel was generally expensive, with KFC being the only exception offering reasonable prices.
**Room View:** Lake view.
**Location/Transportation:** A car is essential as public transportation is not convenient. They offer free parking and EV charging stations.
I had to walk to Zhouzhuang Ancient Town at 5:30 AM because I couldn't find a taxi. It took less than an hour, and I even managed to snap some sunrise photos along the way.
**Swimming Pool:** Didn't see one.
**Gym:** Couldn't locate one.
Complimentary Hanfu rental is a nice touch.
To continue attracting guests and truly thrive, the hotel needs to invest more effort, particularly in enhancing and maintaining the surrounding environment and facilities.
I also made sure to tidy up and clean the room before checking out."
