Hotel Rio de Pedras

Itabirito
Pros: Near BH, quiet environment, children's leisure all day, good pool. Contra: Local has not much access, very medium meals, check in confusing. I was in January with my family, being 2 children. I confess that I was attracted by the daily price, being much more in mind than others of the same style with full pension. I looked at the reviews here on the trip before I went and I knew there could be ”surprises”. My biggest complaint is about food: what has posted on their Instagram more than one year ago does not reflect the reality. There is no fire of wood, very few options for lunch and dinner, we have little time, almost every day I have to complement the salt of my meals. I chose to choose the apt box, which in fact are adapted containers for apt. It is functional, good space, but acoustics is not very good. It is easy to hear the neighbors above and from the sides. It is close to the lake, quiet and airy location, well at the end of the hotel. We had air conditioning problems that didn't work and took 2 days to exchange our room. In Instagram and the reception we quote atracoes like pedals, standup padle, padle, padle, we didn't see anything of this in the 6 days we stayed there. The hotel has little accessibility: many pads, stairs, bathrooms accessibility. Surely older people with reduced mobility or PCD will have some challenges there. I think there is no care and zeal: the game room, for example, has sinica, toto, ping pong, I was in a cheaper stay, it was possible to rest and cut the pools, my children were fun, so I leave this assessment neutral. I was aware of some of these complaints and I hope to help in the decision. for those who wish to know it.
