The air conditioning was great and the water was hot, but the soundproofing was really poor and the room was tiny. However, considering the location, it's still pretty good value for money overall. The service was excellent, and there's even craft beer downstairs. The hotel is super close to the 'Three Piece Suit' (Oriental Pearl Tower, Jin Mao Tower, Shanghai World Financial Center) and the ferry terminal, so it's a good place to stay!

Pleasant yet simple accommodation. There is a restaurant serving breakfast buffet (mainly chinese traditional style). There is a laundry room so it really helps the guests to wash and dry their clothes. Nearby there are restaurants and supermarket as well as pharmacy. Not too far from the Hongqiao Railway Station (around 10 minutes DiDi trip). There are elevators to reach the rooms level and the lobby.

My stay exceeded expectations, a definite five-star review! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and polite. Check-in was smooth and efficient; they greeted me proactively, carefully verified my booking, and patiently explained breakfast times, elevator locations, and check-out procedures. Their communication was consistently gentle and patient, without any perfunctory or dismissive attitude – the service was thorough and attentive. The room was spotlessly clean, with no dust in the corners, and the bedding was soft and odorless. The bathroom was dry and tidy, hot water was consistent, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The room had excellent soundproofing, ensuring a very quiet night's rest.

I chose the audio-visual tatami room type, and the room layout was quite good. The hotel is close to Longxi Road subway station, making travel to and from Hongqiao very convenient. All the daily necessities are well-equipped, and the staff respond promptly. Overall, it's a sufficient hotel, suitable for short business stays. I look forward to further improvements in the details of the experience.

A perfect experience! Hygiene was impeccable, bedding was soft, service was attentive and efficient, common areas were clean and comfortable, the surrounding area was convenient, and the value for money was excellent. A top choice for business trips and travel!

Stayed for three days in a row and didn't sleep well for three days. The soundproofing is average. There were people screaming outside in the early morning and there were banging noises next to me. I always went to bed late and got up early. The breakfast area is also very small. There are only six tables in total. The wonton tastes okay, but the soup base is this color. The deluxe room is quite big, but there is no full-length mirror and big sofa. There is a small sofa. The front desk service and room service are quite considerate.

The hotel lobby staff were very welcoming and helpful, patiently answering all my questions. The location is super convenient for getting around, and the room was spotless and fresh, with no strange smells. It’s perfect for business trips or leisure travel.
