The air conditioning was great and the water was hot, but the soundproofing was really poor and the room was tiny. However, considering the location, it's still pretty good value for money overall. The service was excellent, and there's even craft beer downstairs. The hotel is super close to the 'Three Piece Suit' (Oriental Pearl Tower, Jin Mao Tower, Shanghai World Financial Center) and the ferry terminal, so it's a good place to stay!

Pleasant yet simple accommodation. There is a restaurant serving breakfast buffet (mainly chinese traditional style). There is a laundry room so it really helps the guests to wash and dry their clothes. Nearby there are restaurants and supermarket as well as pharmacy. Not too far from the Hongqiao Railway Station (around 10 minutes DiDi trip). There are elevators to reach the rooms level and the lobby.

I chose this Pullman for my business trip to Shanghai Hongqiao, and my stay was simply perfect! The front desk staff was incredibly attentive and explained all the facilities in detail during check-in. The room was spotless, the bedding was comfortable and quiet, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep. The hotel boasts excellent amenities, including laundry and a gym. Its location is unbeatable, very close to Hongqiao Airport and the train station. Plus, the spacious parking is free, which is a huge bonus. The biggest surprise was the breakfast – freshly made noodles, a variety of hot and cold dishes, desserts, and fruits, all delicious. This hotel is ideal for both business travel and short trips. I've already saved it and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shanghai!

Everything about the hardware was fine, but the soundproofing was a bit poor. You could hear all sorts of noises from inside and outside the hotel in the morning, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel lobby is spacious, bright, and comfortable. The ambient lighting in the hallways is very gentle. The tatami room was very comfortable, and the projector screen in the room was large and smart. The staff were very kind and proactively greeted us. The hotel is close to the subway station, making it very convenient for getting around.

A perfect experience! Hygiene was impeccable, bedding was soft, service was attentive and efficient, common areas were clean and comfortable, the surrounding area was convenient, and the value for money was excellent. A top choice for business trips and travel!

Located about 5 kilometers from Songjiang University Town, the hotel was very comfortable, and the facilities were quite new. I've recommended it to classmates and myself, and have stayed here many times. I find it's better to stay in a comfortable hotel than to travel. The service was also excellent, with free breakfast and a laundry room.
