Borrman Hotels in Shanghai

The hotel was clean and tidy, and the staff were warm and attentive. We even got a free room upgrade. The only downside was that the room was a bit small, but its excellent location, combined with the overall service and value for money, definitely makes it a place I'd book again.

Pleasant yet simple accommodation. There is a restaurant serving breakfast buffet (mainly chinese traditional style). There is a laundry room so it really helps the guests to wash and dry their clothes. Nearby there are restaurants and supermarket as well as pharmacy. Not too far from the Hongqiao Railway Station (around 10 minutes DiDi trip). There are elevators to reach the rooms level and the lobby.

The bedding in the room was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The air conditioning maintained a constant temperature, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Xiao Zhang at the front desk was very efficient with check-in and proactively informed me about the fire escape on my floor. Her service was attentive and thoughtful.

Located about 5 kilometers from Songjiang University Town, the hotel was very comfortable, and the facilities were quite new. I've recommended it to classmates and myself, and have stayed here many times. I find it's better to stay in a comfortable hotel than to travel. The service was also excellent, with free breakfast and a laundry room.

Location is very good, people are nice, room is clean, but I wish they have mini fridge and microwave in the room and provide more lunch and dinner options

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get around. Check-in was very fast, and the front desk service was warm, thoughtful, and had a particularly good attitude. The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was great, so I slept very peacefully at night. The bathroom facilities were complete, and the toiletries were of good quality. The breakfast offered a rich variety and was delicious. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, making it suitable for both business trips and vacations. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit.

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. There are a few parking spaces available, and the parking fee is reasonable. The laundry and drying facilities are super convenient, and they're generous with the complimentary bottled water. However, my room wasn't non-smoking, and there was a strong smell of smoke when I first checked in. Also, the room faced the road, and unfortunately, there was road excavation work going on from 8 PM until 4 or 5 AM the next morning, which kept me up for several nights. I booked a triple room, but there was only one chair, so we all had to huddle on the bed once we got back to the hotel.
