The best was location right on Nanjing Road. Many shops and restaurants around. Walk to Subway Station for 5 minutes. Walk to bund to see the beautiful Shanghai River views. The hotel is supposed to be non-smoking. Unfortunately, they can't control people who smoke right on their main entrance steps and side door area. Therefore, the smell was getting in the lobby area. A staff member who is standing in the main entrance is supposed to help carry the luggage. He was not doing his job. Thank God only a few steps we can handle it. The swimming pool was closed for renovation, and the GYM closed and opened a specific time? Overall, it was a good stay, but compared the price I paid. I did not feel they met my expectations as a five-star hotel.

I chose this hotel for my business trip, and the experience far surpassed my expectations – I can't recommend it highly enough!
The front desk was incredibly efficient during check-in, completing the entire process in just a few minutes. There was a minor hiccup with my reimbursement invoice, but they promptly resolved it for me, perfectly catering to my business needs.
The bedding was comfortably soft, allowing me to quickly relax and fall asleep after a busy workday and wake up refreshed the next morning. The breakfast selection was rich and well-balanced, with hot items consistently available, which saved me a lot of time.
The hotel's location is also very convenient, and the restaurant on the second floor serves great food. This hotel will definitely be my top choice for my next business trip to this city!

Excellent value for money. The price is affordable, and it even includes breakfast and a buffet dinner. However, the buffet dinner is only valid for the evening of check-in and can't be carried over to the next day. This is a bit inconvenient, especially since I arrived quite late, around 7 or 8 PM. If I could use it the following day, I'd find it much more valuable.
The front desk staff claimed to have upgraded my room, but it turned out they hadn't. This is unacceptable. If an upgrade is offered, it should be a genuine one. If not, that's perfectly fine; there's no need to mislead guests.
Furthermore, the TV in the room was consistently problematic, constantly pixelated. I'm unsure of the cause, but it was the same during my previous stays here. Is this an unfixable issue? I've raised this concern before, and they attributed it to network problems, which frankly, is quite unbelievable.
Overall, a great stay! The value for money is excellent, and the rooms are really nice – you wouldn't guess it's a hotel that's been open for ten years. It's very close to Hongqiao Airport, and the surrounding amenities are good, making it super convenient. There's even a subway line right outside the entrance. We went to Xintiandi in the evening, and the subway ride was very convenient. There's a unique boat display at the hotel entrance, and the service was absolutely superb. This is easily one of the best hotels I've stayed at in years, both for the overall experience and value. Plus, there's a kids' play area on the fourth floor. I'm already planning to bring my child here next time!
This stay was a great experience. The room was spacious and bright, with complete facilities. Although the hotel is quite old, the maintenance of the facilities is still good. The service staff were warm and attentive, and the check-in process was fast and efficient. Jasper and Derek is good. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around. All in all, it's worth recommending.

The hotel's location near Nanpu Bridge in Pudong is quite convenient. There's Printemps Department Store and a variety of restaurants catering to all budgets nearby. JinZun Wetland Park is just across the street, perfect for a leisurely walk on a nice day. While the subway station is a bit of a walk, it's still quite manageable.
Front desk service was excellent. I was upgraded to a higher floor room, and everything from luggage storage to borrowing a charger and arranging airport parking went smoothly. They also proactively offered a complimentary member drink.
The facilities are quite comprehensive. My only suggestions would be to add a capsule coffee machine and improve the quality of the toiletries.
Breakfast was good, offering a decent variety of options.
Old five-star hotel, the environment is absolutely good, the rooms are a bit old, the breakfast is very good, and there are many varieties to suit the tastes of people of all levels. The front desk service is warm, thoughtful and meticulous, especially the two men on April 27 and 28 deserve praise. The gym is a bit small, with few equipments, but the swimming pool is very good.
To be honest, it's a holiday, and it has a Crowne Plaza sign. I suggest you return to the holiday, and the expectation and reality are closer. Maybe because of the Jinshan fireworks event, there are many guests and the service can't keep up. Relatively speaking, during dinner time, the service of the restaurant waiter is very good, and the price of the set meal is also reasonable. There are robots delivering takeout, which is also good.
I extended my stay one more night because I really like their rooms as well as their buffet breakfast. All the staff I encountered in this hotel are very hospitable. The room is luxurious, spacious with a nice view. Got a complimentary room upgrade as well. The peacock is exquisitely beautiful located at the very entrance of the hotel’s front lobby. Will come back again.

AAnonymous UserBig room, clean and good service. I would recommend the hotel to adjust the air con in rooms to lower temp when the temp is hot like this week.

Cchloe_cc## Facilities
Being a relatively new hotel, all the facilities are modern and in great condition. The gym, though compact, is surprisingly well-equipped.
## Cleanliness
Impeccable.
## Environment
Its location right next to the water park entrance is a major highlight. After enjoying the water park, you can easily avoid the crowded public showers by simply walking back to your hotel room in your swimsuit – incredibly convenient.
## Service
They proactively contacted us by phone to confirm check-in details and important information beforehand, which was incredibly helpful!
The breakfast area on the second floor is very spacious, though it can get quite busy. Nevertheless, the service was excellent; staff were very efficient at clearing tables.
## Value for Money
Exceptional. We even received two complimentary water park tickets with our stay. I'd definitely choose this hotel again for our next ski trip; it's so convenient.
