Hongqiao Airport and Hongqiao Railway Station shuttle service: I really didn't expect to find an airport pick-up service at this price in Shanghai. After arriving at the airport, we called to book the driver, and he picked us up within 10 minutes of us exiting the airport. It was incredibly convenient! Checking in at the front desk only took a couple of minutes, and the service attitude was superb. Everyone was polite and smiling throughout. Although the hotel room was small, it had everything we needed, and the bathroom even had a wet and dry separation. We arrived at the hotel just as a cold front hit, but the heating in the room was excellent. The AC warmed up the room in just a few minutes, and the toilet was fully automatic, so it wasn't cold to sit on. Most importantly, the room was exceptionally clean. It's really great, full marks! If I come back next time, I'll definitely stay here again.

My experience at Homeinn Ease Hotel in Tianling Road was really good. Everything was clean, the utilities worked perfectly. The room was cozy. All the personnel from the reception to the maintenance crew were so nice and helpful, specially Li Shan at the reception. He made sure that I was always confortable and gave me really good recommendations about the city, restaurants, and Chinese culture. Whenever I needed help I knew I could rely in him for answers. It was exactly the kind of experience I wanted to have when I travel to shanghai. I will stay here again next time I come back.

The transportation is convenient, the environment is nice, and the service is good. I always book this hotel. It is very close to the airport and high-speed rail station. There is also Qibao Old Street nearby and there are many delicious foods nearby.

The room was good and the supplies were very clean and the front desk service was particularly good! The little girls are of high quality and responsive! My child located the courier mailing address wrong. I wanted to mail it to the hotel downstairs, but I didn't decide to mail it elsewhere. My child was taking the high school entrance exam nearby, and the hotel was excellent. The decor was relatively new and clean, and the air conditioning was comfortable. It was a good trip. The hotel is very close to the subway station and can be reached within walking distance. There are also restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The location is really great, very close to the subway entrance and within walking distance. It's a great place to stay for a Mercedes-Benz concert. The front desk service is excellent, and check-in is flexible. There's tea and tea service and a waiting desk on the first floor. The room is clean and bright, with plenty of natural light. The bathroom would have benefited from a blackout curtain. The TV has a retractable stand, allowing for flexible adjustment. The downsides are that there's no elevator, so you have to walk upstairs. The bed is a bit hard and not soft enough. Also, it's close to the road, so there's some noise from traffic at night. There's no table inside the room, which is a little inconvenient for dining.
