The room was spotless, the bedding was new, and all the amenities were great. The shower was comfortable, and the air conditioning provided good heating. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed, which was really thoughtful. The hotel is conveniently located near Tilanqiao subway station and Raffles City, making dining and transportation super easy.

The service was warm and attentive. The facilities were complete. The hygiene was clean and tidy. I will stay here again next time. There was also breakfast, which I unfortunately missed due to catching an early train, but I was still very happy.

The location is excellent! The hotel is situated in a quiet area but still conveniently close to the subway, shopping centers, and attractions, making it very easy to get around. The rooms feature smart temperature control systems and high-speed internet. The gym is well-equipped, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. Highly recommended!
