JI Hotel Hotels in Shanghai

I booked this hotel as I've been always a Ji hotel customer for years but this time was the most weird experience that I've ever had. Generally the hotel,cleanliness and location is good,also the staff were very helpful and tried their best to give me the best room they had although they couldn't speak English. The most weird thing is that I gave them my luggage when I checked out and by the time that I came back to get my luggage they gave me a similar luggage just like mine but belonged to someone else and I found it out when I came to airport to get boarding card! Briefly this situation made a lot of trouble for me and after all the phone calls,stress and etc. I couldn't get my luggage as it was too late for them to send. Now that I left the country I gotta spend 4000¥ to get my luggage back and the only thing they did was to send it to my friend's place in Shanghai. I expected Ji hotel to take full responsibility for this mistake and act more professional but I'm disappointed Now. So to everyone who's going to book this hotel,pls be more careful with your belongings as the staff may put you in trouble and one more thing to say is that if you're a light sleeper, forget this branch of JI hotel for now since their next door is on a 24/7 construction that may not be very sleep friendly to you!

The location is right at the subway entrance, with convenient transportation. It is surrounded by residential areas and is a quiet place amidst the hustle and bustle. The room was very nice, spacious, bright, clean and hygienic. The bed and pillows were especially comfortable, so I had a peaceful sleep. The breakfast was also quite delicious. The front desk service is also good. I booked it this time when I went to watch a Mercedes-Benz game. I would like to choose this hotel next time I come to play.

The hotel has a great location and convenient transportation. The room is spacious and bright, luxuriously decorated, and the bed is comfortable, making for an unforgettable sleep. The room is clean and odorless, the air conditioning is very powerful, there is an underground parking space, the service is friendly, although the hotel is in Putuo District, it is not far from Yuyuan, Wukang Road, Huaihai Road, and New World

This is my first time staying at the All Seasons. I didn't have any expectations for the price. After I checked in, I was surprised every day. I really can't find any problems! ! First of all, the room is very clean, the shower room is also very large, the curtains are very dark, and the computer desk and dining table are all complete. The surprise on the first day was that after I ordered takeout, the little robot delivered it directly to the door! Maybe many people are used to it, but it was my first time. It was really a surprise. The little robot was very cute. The next day, I found that the hotel also had a free washing machine and dryer, and even the laundry detergent was free. The front desk lady could help take it out and dry it and send it to the hotel. This service is really great! I have also stayed in many five-star hotels. With this price and this service, I can say that there is nothing to complain about. It is the king of cost-effectiveness! Now five-star hotels don't even deliver takeout to the door. I really need to learn from it!

Only stayed for a day but room albeit a bit small is cosy. The aesthetics gives Japanese room feel and instagrammable (big mirrors, cute tea set etc.) At check in they give a nice bag of amenities. The place is next to a sizeable mall so fairly convenient too. Overall nice place to stay for a short few days given the size of the room.

The hotel has convenient parking, sanitation and service. The room bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. Although it is close to the viaduct, it is not noisy at all. It is a hotel that I often book when I go out.

I traveled to Shanghai and planned to go to Disneyland. I looked at many hotels and finally chose the All Seasons. The room was relatively new and was renovated recently. The receptionist at the front desk was very warm and attentive to details. The room faced the community and was relatively quiet. The surrounding transportation was very convenient. I took 11 Take the No. 1 train to Disneyland and it's also very close to the World Expo. I stayed here for five days and it was very comfortable. I will choose here again next time I go on a business trip or travel.
