Clean and quiet room with a good atmosphere. Just 10 minutes from the airport. There are restaurants and a convenience store nearby. Very comfortable—plus, the tissue is super soft!

Great staff However, the hotel lacks facility maintenance or regular inspection The shower knob in my room was extremely hard to turn I managed to turn it on but it was stuck on very high temperature - really put me in a harm’s way. I had to pound the knob to the off position using the shower handle because I was burning up and my upper body strength is no match to your malfunctioning shower equipment. Upon reporting to the floor housekeeper, a wonderful lady BTW, a maintenance guy showed up and replaced the entire faucet unit.

My stay this time was fantastic! I was in town for a concert at the nearby Echo Venue. The hotel boasts a sophisticated and upscale ambiance, with a spacious and bright lobby. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, providing thoughtful guidance from the moment I arrived until I was fully checked in. The room was spotless, the bedding was comfortable, and it was equipped with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options and thoughtful service. The location is also incredibly convenient, with nearby shopping districts and attractions all within walking distance. The value for money is outstanding, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip! Highly recommend!

The environment is very good and clean. I arrived very late and the front desk guy prepared milk snacks for me. He also upgraded my room for free. When I left, the girl gave me a small wooden comb. The service attitude was very good.

Location of the hotel is very convenient as it is only a stone throw again from the Yu Yuan metro station and within walking distance to Yu Garden & the Bund. Concierge staffs are very attentive & responsive although at times they seemed quite busy with daily parcels/food ordered by their guests besides attending to enquiries and requests. It is time consuming mostly to locate the parcels so I appreciate their patience. Food deliveries are sent to the rooms by robots which is quite fast & efficient 😊 Rooms cleaning can be daily upon requests. The cleaning ladies are mostly friendly & polite! Best of all is there a laundry room with 2 washing machines & 2 dryers which are self service & free of charge!. There are detergents provided as well! ! Breakfast at CNY40 is affordable but can’t expect a very wide spread.

The room is clean and tidy, and the location is convenient for travel. The hotel service is warm and thoughtful, and the breakfast is also very special. The service at the front desk was very good. Not only was there a warm greeting when entering and leaving, but a complimentary breakfast was also provided. The room facilities are well maintained and clean. The self-service laundry room is very convenient. The enthusiastic front desk lady provided thoughtful and meticulous service. I would like to express my gratitude. Booked for a colleague, he said the overall environment is good and the location is convenient. Because of the temporary change of my travel plan, I modified it twice, and the store was also very cooperative.

The hotel is close to The Bun and within walking distance. The room is clean, but the soundproofing isn’t great , you can sometimes hear people talking or doors opening and closing. The Wi-Fi signal is available, but you need to be near the window to get it (and our window faced another building). However, the signal is always strong in the lobby. The lobby lights are turned off at midnight. One small downside is that the staff didn’t manage outsiders who weren’t staying at the hotel but came in to enjoy the air-conditioning and charge their devices. Other than that, the staff were very helpful. We arranged for a car pickup at the hotel (note that the hotel has multiple branches, so be careful when giving the location). Luckily, the staff helped communicate with the driver for us.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to Jing'an Temple. The area is surrounded by shopping malls like Jiuguang and Réel, and there are numerous renowned restaurants nearby. It's also conveniently located not far from the subway station, and a taxi ride to Nanjing Road or The Bund only takes about ten minutes. The hotel's decor is elegant, the rooms are clean, and the design is well-thought-out.
