The room was clean and tidy, and my stay was very pleasant. It's conveniently located with a financial shopping street right across the road. The front desk staff were very warm and provided excellent service. Highly recommend, highly recommend, highly recommend!

The location was excellent and very convenient, and the room itself was comfortable. I especially slept really well during my stay, which made a big difference. However, cleanliness could definitely be improved. There were also some essential items missing, like cooking utensils and basic cleaning supplies such as dish soap, which made things a bit inconvenient. Overall, it’s a nice place with great potential, but addressing the cleanliness and providing the missing essentials would make the experience much better.

Pretty good. The room facilities are complete and it's quite clean. The air conditioning was also very warm. It would be great if the bathroom faucet could be improved; I initially had trouble figuring out how to use it.

The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around. There's a supermarket and a bus stop less than 50 meters away, plus a Luckin Coffee and a McDonald's nearby. The front desk staff are really friendly and helpful; they tried their best to resolve any issues I had. Parking is also very easy. Definitely great value for money, highly recommend!

The room was well-equipped, cleaned daily with fresh towels, and bottled water was replenished endlessly. The air conditioning worked great. For a hotel in downtown Shanghai, this price is really a steal. It's definitely worth considering if you're traveling alone for business. I do have two minor suggestions. First, the soundproofing isn't great, mainly because the room door leaks a lot of sound. Second, the shower head was set too high, and the sliding door to the shower couldn't be closed. If you could get a handyman to fix these issues, the experience would be even better.

The price is definitely cheap. However, the hygiene and facilities are less than ideal. The air conditioner only blows at maximum speed, making a loud whooshing sound. The fan speed and temperature controls are unusable; you have to turn it on for a while and then off for a while each night, otherwise it's too cold. The walls are peeling and uneven. There are no electrical outlets near the desk, only in the corner.

The surrounding commercial area is very close, offering everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping in one place. All the staff members were very polite. It's perfectly suitable whether you're on a short trip or staying for a business visit.
