Jitai Hotels in Shanghai

It was a fantastic hotel stay, the front desk receptionist Lili was incredibly helpful throughout the stay! Even when I had an issue she was able to sort it all out for me which was amazing.The lifts were very convenient as it didn’t take long to arrive. The room was nice and clean when we arrived and had a good amount of space to put your luggage and anything extra you have brought.

The room was cozy and comfortable. It was very clean. The toilet was smart and convenient. Xiaodu was also interesting. The front desk service was very good. It's next to a shopping mall and convenient for dining. There's a subway nearby, making transportation convenient.

This stay was incredibly comfortable. The lobby has a refined ambiance, and check-in was quick without any long waits. The room was very clean, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with a steady supply of hot water. The surrounding commercial area is very close, offering everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping in one place. All the staff members were very polite. It's perfectly suitable whether you're on a short trip or staying for a business visit.

The room was well-equipped, cleaned daily with fresh towels, and bottled water was replenished endlessly. The air conditioning worked great. For a hotel in downtown Shanghai, this price is really a steal. It's definitely worth considering if you're traveling alone for business. I do have two minor suggestions. First, the soundproofing isn't great, mainly because the room door leaks a lot of sound. Second, the shower head was set too high, and the sliding door to the shower couldn't be closed. If you could get a handyman to fix these issues, the experience would be even better.

The location was excellent and very convenient, and the room itself was comfortable. I especially slept really well during my stay, which made a big difference. However, cleanliness could definitely be improved. There were also some essential items missing, like cooking utensils and basic cleaning supplies such as dish soap, which made things a bit inconvenient. Overall, it’s a nice place with great potential, but addressing the cleanliness and providing the missing essentials would make the experience much better.

I am very satisfied with my trip. The front desk service is very good and considerate. The cleaning aunt is also very good. She is very active in cleaning the room. Highly recommended. The environment is very good.

Pretty good. The room facilities are complete and it's quite clean. The air conditioning was also very warm. It would be great if the bathroom faucet could be improved; I initially had trouble figuring out how to use it.

The room is clean and tidy with complete facilities. There are abundant restaurants and convenient transportation nearby. The location is excellent next to Yaohan, and it is the first choice for dining, shopping and shopping. It was raining heavily when I checked out. The front desk lady was very considerate and lent me an umbrella. I can return it next time. Thank you very much!
