Pullman Properties in Shanghai

This was my first time staying at a Pullman hotel, part of Accor's luxury brand, specifically the Pullman Shanghai South Bund. The hotel boasts an excellent location at 15 Dapu Road, Huangpu District, Shanghai, close to the Shanghai Ruijin Center shopping mall and Tianzifang, making it incredibly convenient with plenty of amenities nearby. Upon entering the hotel lobby, the front desk is to the right, adjacent to a Maotai pavilion. To the left, you'll find LAVAZZA coffee. The B1 floor houses the Tanhua Restaurant and multi-functional halls. In the mornings, it serves breakfast for hotel guests, while at noon and in the evenings, it offers à la carte dining, afternoon tea, and buffet dinners – a convenient and good value. The third floor is dedicated to conference and wedding facilities, and the fifth floor features a fitness center and spa. Floors six to twenty-four comprise the guest rooms, Executive Lounge, and Silk Pavilion Chinese Restaurant. The hotel offers five types of suites. Four of these are 72 square meters each: the Pullman Suite, VR Pullman Suite, Family Moments Suite, and VR Family Moments Suite. There's also a 100-square-meter Executive Suite. I stayed in a 72-square-meter Pullman Suite. The layout was well-designed, and the room was quiet, comfortable, and had a fresh, pleasant ambiance. Upon entering, the living area with a mini-bar was to the right, and the bedroom was to the left. Further into the bedroom area, there was a bathtub and a bathroom with a separate wet/dry shower. The hotel staff were professional and enthusiastic. During check-in, they proactively offered information about local attractions and transportation routes. I highly recommend this hotel!

My experience in the king room at Pullman Shanghai Jing'an was absolutely amazing, and the front desk service was top-notch! As soon as I arrived, the front desk staff greeted me with a warm smile, handled the check-in efficiently and quickly, and even thoughtfully introduced the hotel's facilities and local transportation. They answered all my questions professionally, instantly relieving any travel fatigue. The room itself was a good size with fantastic panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering superb city views. The cleanliness was impeccable, paying attention to every detail, making for an excellent overall experience. Throughout my stay, I truly felt the hotel's professionalism and attentiveness. The efficient front desk service combined with the ultimate comfort of the king room makes it perfect for both business trips and leisure getaways. It's definitely a top choice for accommodation in Shanghai, and I'll choose this place again next time I visit!

I've actually stayed at Pullman hotels quite a few times in the past year, so I'm a familiar face. I did have one bad experience before: my travel companion had a fever and after ordering takeout, we asked the front desk staff to bring it up, explaining the situation, but they still refused. However, after some communication later on, they did rectify the issue. Now, the overall service has also improved. As a regular guest, I can truly feel the genuine hospitality from the hotel staff. This time, Diana and Nancy at the front desk were so thoughtful; they upgraded me from a king room to a suite. And knowing I would be extending my stay, they allowed us to remain in the upgraded room for the extension. You can really feel their desire to provide guests with a fantastic experience. Thank you!

Finding this east-facing room in a cooling Shanghai was absolutely amazing! I stayed for three days this time, and had breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel restaurant. The ambiance, the food, and the room service were all fantastic! The breakfast spread was also incredibly rich. I'll definitely be back next time!
