Pullman accommodation in Shanghai

Had a great stay at Pullman Shanghai Central—this was actually my second time here, and I would highly recommend it. The location is a big plus, surrounded by plenty of food and shopping options. It’s also conveniently near the train station, and the famous Tianzifang is within walking distance, which makes exploring really easy. The staff were helpful and attentive throughout the stay, and the room was spacious and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day out. Overall, a reliable and convenient choice whenever I’m in Shanghai, and I would definitely return again.

The rooms are spacious and bright, well-equipped, and the bedding is comfortable. The soundproofing is decent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast offers a rich and diverse selection, and the staff are warm and professional, responding promptly to needs. It's great value for money. My stay was very pleasant, feeling just like home, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. The hotel rooms are modernly decorated with fresh air. It's suitable for business travel, offering free Wi-Fi and printing services. The service is efficient, with quick check-in and check-out, making it a top choice for business trips.

The hotel is a bit old-fashioned, but it's well-maintained. The location is super convenient, right across from Shanghai South Railway Station. The buffet dinner included in our package was fantastic, with a great variety of dishes. The mini lobsters were incredibly fresh and delicious, and the roasted pigeon was tender and juicy. Breakfast was also very extensive.

Overall, it was a decent stay. The heating in the room was a bit too warm for winter, and I was told it's a central system for the entire building that can't be adjusted, which was a bit disappointing. Sleeping at night was fine though, not too hot and not too cold. The buffet breakfast selection was a bit limited. All in all, it was an okay experience, neither great nor terrible.
