The interior design is pretty decent, can see they really considered the details of the faclities. Breakfast was so good, and good for IG photos as well! But it would be much better if there are more elevators since there are only 2 elevators in the high building and guests have to wait for long.. Other than that, overall was great and I will def choose this hotel next time when I come to shanghai!

The location is excellent in a quiet area at the end of Hengshan road. Room are big and beds quite hard Breakfast excellent but from a Chinese and European point og View. The coffee even Ok. There is a small garden behind the hotel..very nice . Its only 200 m to Hengshan subway station line 1. Staff friendly and helpful. One thing, some people do still smoke, we not provide them with a chair in the garden and an abstract...please.

Located in the bustling business district of Xuhui, Capella is much better than the ones in Hainan! It's quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle, making it very convenient to go out for a walk or ride a bike. Although the design of the small five-story building is climbed up and down, the functional areas are indeed divided very well. The sanitation and cleaning are good. Both bathrooms and toilets are smart and have heating functions. They are very friendly to friends who come to Shanghai in the winter. The audio-visual room does not disturb teammates who want to sleep. The light shading in the room is excellent and the sound insulation is very good. , it was quite quiet all night (but I don’t know if it was because there were few or no neighboring guests), which was appreciated by teammates who suffer from insomnia. The service is also very good. From the time of check-in, every employee takes the initiative to say hello, greets you with a smile, and responds quickly to requests. As for breakfast, I think it can be improved. Breakfast is a la carte service and can be ordered and delivered to the room. I went to the restaurant to eat, but my expectations may have been too high. I felt that the product that day was not at an excellent level, and the staff did not feel very busy. The last unhappy thing is that because I like their body wash, I bought it for home use, but I forgot to check it in when I boarded the plane, and the security personnel took it away in vain😭😭😭I will bring my children back next time, continue. Very friendly service from all staff. I do not speak Chinese, but the lady at reception used a translate app during check-in and was very kind and patient. The room is so large & comfortable, with a HUGE bed (super King?), and the most comfortable pillows I have ever experienced! Plenty of storage for clothes and luggage, and a large bathroom with a lovely shower. Even though the room faced the street, it was very quiet. Good double glazing perhaps? The breakfast selection was very good with many different options. We are vegan so our choice is limited, but we still managed to get enough to eat. Really good price, I would stay here again.

This was a clean and modern hotel. Loved the area and shopping centers around it . We had a better experience here than staying near the Bund area . The rooms were big . Good view + gym and laundry . The breakfast wasn't impressive but good enough. I might stay here again next time in Shanghai. The only negative thing was that staff couldn't speak english and we had to use google translator all the time. We managed to get some discounts for staying longer in this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near Xujiahui. It gave us good access to Xuhui, Jing'an. Better yet, it was an easy trip of less than one hour to Disneyland by metro. Service: 10/10. My mum and I were greeted at reception with warm tea and snacks. Honey (张小姐) added us on Wechat (Chinese social media) and provided us with food times and amenities for our stay. Location: 10/10 Amazing location. It's around 15 minutes walk from WuKang building which is the start of the famous Shanghai Citywalk. The hotel is 9 minutes walk from the closest metro (HengShanLu). Hotel: Perfect 👌🏼 We were given floor level 21 and had SPECTACULAR views. Absolutely superb. 💯 Food: Buffet breakfast. Afternoon OR evening tea included. Plus 1 bowl of noodle at night. What more can you ask for?! 10/10. Overall, I will recommend friends and family to stay. If you are deciding, stop & book right now!
