Yitel Hotels in Shanghai

The hotel is located close to the financial district of Shanghai - just perfect for a Sightseeing trip. The rooms are clean but really small. For breakfast, the hotel offers a mixture of classical Chinese food but also western food like toast and strawberry jam. All in all, we enjoyed our stay a lot and appreciate the nice gift.

It was awesome trip. The room was very clean, and the receiption staff was so kind and helpful. Even they have taken care of my luggage after we checked out.Hotel Location was perfect especially for the night walk and halal food very near to the hotel. Especially view of the kids school from the window was amazing. I am giving 5 star rating to this Hotel and I will surely stay here again in any future visit.

The room was nice, the front desk staff was warm and polite, the hotel is very close to Caohejing Impression City, and it is very convenient to reach on foot. The subway entrance is at the intersection near the hotel, and there are many places to eat. It was a good stay. The employee Xiao Li was very good.

Nice team, no excuses and very proactive. Great place to stay for business or vacation. Close to nice places and parks. No need for a car if you enjoy walking. Metro station line 6 is too close to the hotel. 50 minutes walking to SNIEC (Shanghai New International Expo Centre). Nice Chinese noodle restaurants 3 minutes walking. It's important to have aliplay to make things. Thanks for the amazing experience during these 8 nights. I hope to be back soon.

the hotel is good but a little bit far from metro station. next to hotel have minimart easy to find snack and food also. the staff was very nice.. I ask for 1hour extention time check out because my son was sick., and the hotel allow me to stay longer for 1 hour check out time. I am so thankful to the hotel and the staff. recommended hotel for you who want find a good price. I stay here for 4 nights and great to stay here. far from crowded street so you can enjoy your sleep. near shopping mall also.

In a good and quiet location, right by a convenient store.You can hear people walk past your room. But over all, great service. The security man is always super nice and welcoming. Their receptionist are always nice. Its a good place if you want to be economical.

Location near a small mall with many food stall on 1st floor and 3rd floor. We arrived in the morning before check-in time so went outside for breakfast, when we return at about 10:15 the reception lady permit us to have early checkin. Hotel entrance not facing main road. Breakfast menu quite okay. The lady on reception desk also quite helpfull when we ask for help.

One of the best location for a hotel. The staff is super friendly and very patient. This staff member (picture below) went above and beyond to help us with a personal matter. Very nice and helpful people. Would recommend to everyone. And will definitely come back here.

I booked this hotel while doing business nearby. It was a pleasant surprise. This room is really worth the price in Shanghai! First of all, the check-in was very fast. The front desk staff provided good service and patiently introduced the surrounding food and routes. After going to the room, the first feeling was that it was spacious and bright, very clean, and the bath towels were very soft and comfortable. The TV in the room can also be projected, the air conditioning and heating are also sufficient, and there is a cute robot. The pillows on the bed are highly recommended! It is super comfortable to sleep on! The clean hotel is reassuring and reliable. When checking out, the front desk also asked if I wanted to get a bottle of water, and took the initiative to ask if I drove and whether I needed an invoice.
