"I just have time to go to the beach to relax in the past two days. I saw this hotel and famous hotel on Ctrip and I felt it was good. I didn’t expect to see it on the spot. Whether it is decoration or service, it is first-class and good. The overall European style The minimalist style makes people feel relaxed and happy, and the open-air bar on the first floor is not to mention, it is very capable of producing films. It is also quite comfortable to live in, and I highly recommend everyone to play."

"We travelled as an expat familiy. From the first moment we entered to the time that we left, everywhere, everyone and everything was excellent. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was well maintatined and facilities were excellent. The view was the lake with the golf course. We enjoyed playing golf as well. The restaurant buffet was fantastic. The hotel provided fruits every day to the room free of charge and the room service was amazing. Highly recommended and we will definetely stay again. A big thank to everyone."

"The room is acceptable and value for money. We are on 14th floor which is fine, but some friends staying on 9th Floor said the rooms are a bit stuffy with some humid smell."

"Hotel’s location is perfect, we had the best beach view from our room. There were plenty of restaurants around and beach front is right across the hotel. The hotel was super clean and service was excellent! We went there during the National Holiday, the personals were very nice and offered my husband and I to be part of their barbecue party on their patio. We had such a lovely stay and would highly recommend. Bonus: The hotel rooftop offers gorgeous views."

"Thank you for upgrading us. All the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is good too there’s a new mall just opposite the road. Plenty of food nearby too. However, the maintenance of the rooms is not so good. I can see the corners of the bathrooms are mouldy, the rooms smell like damp air too. Especially the hair dryer, the wind is so so weak that I thought it was spoiled. I asked to send me a new one and the cleaner came and then said all of the hair dryer is like this. The strength of the wind, you might as well not provide hair dryer. I like the location & the service but I would not come back again due to the hair dryer and the room maintenance."

"This place is nearer to two train stations and a lot of food stalls. I had an issues regarding on my train ticket to HK. The two girl staffs at front desks were very helpful to help me call the customer service Limitation: the hotel has to share with others business which is limit of privacy as hotel guest. Food choices limited for breakkie and no enough of seat for breakkie The best the is the location and services from the team.. and they also provide FREE laundry service"

"The room is spacious and the location is average. There are not many food options nearby. The front desk service is good. Check-out can be extended until three o'clock. It would be better if it can be upgraded for free. There are no Hong Kong TV stations."

While I understand the importance of adhering to financial regulations, I found the rigidity in handling my payment request highly frustrating and inconvenient. Despite my repeated attempts to find a workable solution, your team, particularly the duty manager, was unable to provide any alternatives or flexibility. It became evident that while they were strictly following the finance department’s guidelines, they lacked the training or authority to offer guests any viable options. Ultimately, I had to come up with a solution myself—something I would have expected the hotel staff to assist with, rather than leaving it entirely up to me. A hotel’s reputation should prioritize guest convenience and ensure that staff are trained to handle such situations with flexibility and professionalism. The inability to provide alternatives not only caused unnecessary inconvenience but also left a negative impression of the hotel’s customer service. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and that your team will consider improving training for handling payment-related concerns in the future. I would appreciate a response addressing how you plan to enhance your service in this regard. Having just check out from park Hyatt Changsha and last week from Alila, just felt something is missing. "Design is terrible bad, the bathroom very very inconvenience. Although the bathroom and toilet are separate but use only one door. No where to hang the clothes and towel when bathing. One will block door of the toilet when using the sink outside. Only one person will be provided with afternoon tea set even the room booking is for 2 adults. The closet is very tiny, place for hanging clothes is limited, and one can only hang clothes not longer than 2 feet."
