We stayed here 3 separate times in 15 days. The staff throughout were helpful, personable, and always had a smile. There was an exchange machine (Som to dollars and vice versa), and an ATM. The location was good for us; close to the market, shops and several restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel was very good but a bit expensive. As others have said, breakfast was second to none! There was everything you could wish for, including freshly cooked eggs. All in all, we enjoyed our stays here very much.

Excellent gestahous with original design. The way to the rooms lies in the tricky ladder among the green plants. The rooms themselves are big, they have everything you need for a comfortable life. At the same time, it was already quite cold in October, so it was necessary to include the air conditioner for heating. Accommodation in the room is very fast if you come after 14:00. The hotel price includes breakfast. The kitchen is located on the first floor (right of the receptors). Breakfasts are uniform but delicious: eyelids, sausages, fruits, baking. Stable Internet catches throughout the hotel. You can sit on a toppan in the yard and at the same time - work on the network. There is no smoking in the rooms, but there is a place to smoke. At night in the room is quiet enough, there is no strong noise, so sleep is not interfering.

Excellent hotel. Everything clean, comfortable, made with taste. Enjoyable design, new furniture, snow towels. Staff polite and friendly. Always ready to help in any question, answered all the questions raised during our stay, which creates a pleasant atmosphere. No complaints were cleared. The hotel provides free Wi-Fi Internet with a very good speed, not only on the territory of the hotel but also in the rooms as well as a parking lot. Breakfast is provided with a rich range of cheeses, meat-smoked and confectionery products, fruits of several species, 2 types of cashes and dishes from the national kitchen. several types of coffee and a large range of beverages and tea. The hotel also has rooms for photo sessions and a romantic dinner for loved couples and for those who wish to be connected to marriage. I will definitely return to Shaxjahon Hotel.

Overall the hotel is not bad. Clean, order, interior. Comfortable location, close to the center. Breakfast is not very diverse, but I do not claim something special given 3*. There is a swimming pool in the yard, lying (but it's for a hoter period). From the downsides: uncoordinated actions of the staff on the recipes. Then I made the invoice ... and looked for cheques.. ... 20 minutes . I am the only person to leave at this moment. I am in a hurry to the airport. And here is the crown phrase of one of the staff: ”You should have asked from the evening of the Invoice, you would have been ordered!” If it hadn't been said, I would have been silent. But here I didn't restrain and said everything! Dear ADMINISTRATION! Please have a conversation with your staff ! so it is not possible! simplify the invoice design system or teach your staff to do it quickly! and if you are using the system, to enter in it all the payment data from your guests. The summary is: The hotel is good, overall everything is good. But the impression is spoiled.

Like it very much! The boss is young and promising, warm and thoughtful, and the service is very good; the hotel is in a good location and has convenient transportation; the room is clean and hygienic; the hotel breakfast is very good, including Chinese food!

The hotel is located in downtown Tashkent, not far from anywhere. The location is excellent. The hotel staff are warm, thoughtful and considerate. The accommodation registration card was missed at the Bukhara Hotel, and the front desk staff also communicated and solved it efficiently! The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities. The breakfast is rich and delicious. You can also sit in the viewing corridor and enjoy the beautiful scenery and delicious food. The price-performance ratio is high! Families, rush! rush! rush!

How much check in was done by Feruza with a little help of what seems to be her superior. Though it took a while before somebody came to collect our luggage checkin procedure was really welcoming. Cold towels, welcome drinks, while getting the administration soughted out. After we settled in the room, we went to the lounge, given access to due to the fact that we reserved a suite (room 1405). Sharif (or charif?) was there to welcome us and made sure our needs were met. Breakfast is a feast. Suite was spacious and comfortable. We had dinner in Ember located on the 17th floor of the hotel serving great Japanese food. See our separate review for our findings over there. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that they do not have a souvenir shop so that you can buy a quick present for your loved ones. This venue just opened last March and is great to see how much effort staff is putting in to give you a wonderful state.

Two girls went to Uzbekistan on a business trip for the first time. We were a little hesitant when booking a hotel. We saw that this hotel had high ratings, was not expensive, and had good pictures, so we booked it. We didn't expect that the owner was Chinese when we checked in. The room environment was okay, but the decoration smell was very strong, and Xun couldn't sleep at night. The front desk staff were unprofessional and the check-in process was very slow. We arrived at the hotel at one o'clock in the morning, and it took us an hour to check in for various reasons.
